This trope doesn't have an image which is really sad considering that it's really easy to picture. So far I don't have any suggestions so to speak.

But I'm all ears for some good pictures.

I can't think of anything good for a signature.

What immediately comes to mind is a cast shot from Farscape, but that's got three women...that shouldn't hurt anything, though.

EDIT: After checking the example list, NCIS would work better since it's had two incarnations that both fit the trope exactly.

Two girls to a team... hmmm... well, the first that that comes to mind is Leverage. If not, then every season of Stargate Atlantis could work.

[up] First link is broken; it says "Access forbidden". I like the fourth season image the best.

We also have this from Young Justice. Justice League has a good one, too, but it's currently on V-Formation Team Shot.

Belief or disbelief rests with you.

So far any of the Stargate Atlantis and the One Piece are my favourite.

I can't think of anything good for a signature.

@5: I see three girls on a team of six. This is an even ratio of girls to guys, and thus not an example of the trope.

[up]That's the same girl twice.

That's not really apparent, though. It is apparent that she's female. It looks like three different women.

Stargate Atlantis season four is looking pretty good.

I'm not crazy, I just don't give a darn!

If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead?

I think I prefer the sixth season of Stargate Atlantis. Somehow, I see six people as more demonstrative than five.

The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.

I agree with the "six > five" principle, but I'd encourage looking for "promo images". They're usually from a common source, but IMO using an actual "Season Five DVD Box Set" cover from Amazon or whatever looks cheesy and lazy.

What about that, cropped?

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

[up] Not bad, but the off-centeredness of the characters is a little distracting.

NP but then have to lose series title, it's centered differently:

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

I don't think the title matters. It's a clear Important Characters Of This Work Shot (or Team Shot, if you will (or V-Formation Team Shot to be even more specific (I just wanted one more parenthesis))) anyway. What series or movie it is doesn't matter.

Also, it's the best image thus far.

[up][up] The pothole should be enough of a clue; that looks good.
