Added it to the log. Incidentally, some more items on the CVR need votes or resolutions.

Question. I cannot find the Report Page button in the new layout. Anyone know where they left the flagger? Checked out an anime that I think needs to be executed. (It's Rosario + Vampire, and reasons will be supplied once I have somewhere to put them.)

It was part of the Page Info box. It has been hidden along with the box because some data on it were screwing with the Google rankings. A moderator can still flag the page.

Ah, alright. In that case:

Rosario + Vampire: Yukari is 11 years old, looks her age, and referred to as prepubescent by another character. She gets as many Panty Shots as anyone else in the cast (this is a Panty Fighter Harem Series), gets as involved with fanservicey stuff as anyone, is quite the pervert (pulling girls' skirts down and using a voodoo doll to make Tsukune play with Kurumu's breasts), and wants to get in the pants of both Tsukune and Moka.

Disclaimer: I have only watched the first three episodes of the anime, but the third episode and the trope page have me convinced. Haven't read the manga.

You mean the Shōnen anime that is on Netflix and New York Times best selling manga that not restricted in any way?

[up] Then, because of [up][up], I'd say there's very little chance of it being outright nuked...cleaned, possibly, but if it's on bookstore shelves, especially if it's not shrink-wrapped, then it's safe enough for us.

EDIT: If the brief source I found is correct, it's rated for older teens.

I don't think age restrictions carry quite as much weight when considering a paedo-pandering report. It's less likely that a work aimed at a broader, younger audience will do it, but it's not a definite disqualified.

To be honest, though, if Dance in the Vampire Bund couldn't get action taken against it after a P5 flag evaluation for... basically everything about Mina (only do a Google Image Search if you don't mind being put on a watchlist), I doubt Rosario will get the hammer.

What's precedent ever done for us?

Age rating is important for pedo-stuff (especially when it's on the lower end like this). At this age ranking, it's not intended to pander to adults, it's intended to pander to kids who are only a couple years older than the girl in question. That's just plain fanservice, nothing worrisome. Besides, the fanservice in general (and that girl in particular) drops as the series continues.

[up][up] ... Why would googling that character put the googler on a "watchlist"? (I assume you mean the FBI or some similar law enforcement agency is the one behind said watchlist.)

You should come by the "Privacy, Government, Surveillance, and You." thread sometime. "Big Brother" does try to come as close to doing that as possible; last time I checked, in the form of trying to force social media providers to clandestinely collect data on their clients through their personal information, netsurfing/e-shopping habits, etc.

@Marq FJA: Considering where you live, you might be put on a watchlist. At least you don't live in Egypt. (I take it things are almost as bad for people there as in IS.)

Pfffttt... Our cyber-police are a joke. Even if they weren't, they'd have me on a watchlist just for posting pro-Arab Spring comments on the Arab Spring forum. And it seems their one and only answer to people browsing any kind of porn from within their nationwide network is to simply block the site... which usually can be easily circumvented via Tor (I say "usually" because some sites use Tor-unfriendly net protocols).

Right, so I'd like to detail some of the things in the fanfic ('Akh') to help with decisions all around. Some of the most obvious are that a man's arm is cut off while he's still conscious, and he's sexual stimulated by a handjob while this is going on. Both are described in detail. Rape occurs several times, in one case the man is fingered using the aforementioned amputated arm. The general plot is one character takes another character as their sexual 'pet' to abuse as they please.

General other creepiness, such as glorifying abuse and the vivid description of the murder of an entire room full of people, but since this is the porn thread, those aren't really relevant.

[up]Are you sure you're even referring to the right story?

The report mentions it has "15 chapters of torture and rape". The story linked in the page, which incidentally is rated T, only has 4 chapters.

I skimmed through the text and checked the comments section, and did not see anything explicit going on. So either the incidences are very well hidden, or you're mistaking it for some other story with the same title.
