Ro Kyu Bu is about paedophilia and basketball. The old coach of an elementary basketball team is fired for being a paedophile. His replacement is reluctant to do it but eventually grows fond of the girls. And there's more paedophilia ship tease.

As for Kodomo No Jikan... hell no. I've read it. While it does have non-pedophile merit in itself, it still has pedophile-pandering. This is from a full read, mind you.

Komodin, I have no idea. There is a separate PSP game. That might have a different plot since Sony doesn't tend to approve of that sort of thing. There's always the chance it's clean even if the anime isn't.

Google searches on Ro Kyu Bu find characters age 8-12 giving panty shots, in suggestive poses, grabing each other's chests while naked...

Ro-Kyu-Bu! was originally a light novel. No idea how clean that is.

There's a manga adaptation. That definitely doesn't pass. One page I found of it involved the little girls in a bath with two of them sucking on another's nipples.

There's an anime adaptation. Don't know about it.

There's a visual novel game on the PSP. The game's self-titled genre is Loli Sport Coaching Game.

One thing to keep in mind if it has Loli in the title or description: That can also just mean "Young Girl". It's used out of context constantly.

However, in this case, it probably does mean pedophile-pandering.

@Komodin: Personally, I'd just read the 26 chapters available. It's done by Haga Yui, who does the Disgaea series. Which some of them aren't much better than Lotte.(if at all)
