Well the one from that Justice League movie Gods and Monsters was a lot nicer, since he was willing to stop more bloodshed from happening between Apokolips and the New Gods in the form of a truce between them. Shame they ended up betraying him and his world and got himself killed, along with Orion, who actually seemed sorrowful of his death, and everyone else.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Darkseid does it because he dares all.
You know, that and Mary Marvel using Donna Troy as a club to beat the hell out of Kyle Rayner were the best parts of Countdown.
That may not be much, but still, good stuff is good stuff.

One Strip! One Strip!Darkseid doesn't just sit in people's couches in Countdown though. It's a regular thing for him. Also Linkara just plain fails to understand why that is so significant.
Anyway, the point is, the scariest villain is the Affably Evil villain, because the affability reminds you that, yes, that monster is human, just like you.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThat what?
That monster who isn't human, has his own sense of humanity.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Oh hey, its Tapion!
With SSJG Beat siding with Tapion and Minoshia, it's pretty much gonna be a curbstomp for Hirudegarn. Also, SSJB Vegeta's going Shenron Mode!
People are speculating that God Mission 8's secret cards might be Demon God Demigra and a new form for Time Patrol Goten.

Gavan, Let's get jiggy!how the fuck did anyone fall for that movie rumour
Power levels don't matter with Hirudegarn, what matters is that no one around it is scared...granted, if anyone present actually knows what super saiyan god is they probably won't be.
That was how it was defeated. People believed the sword that cut it was special, so they were less afraid. People watched Goku let it hit him while he did his best to No-Sell, so they became less afraid. When no body is afraid of it, it becomes weak.
That's why he wants you to have the money. Not so you can buy 14 Cadillacs but so you can help build up the wastesBlind hype?
Higher powah levels means more "confidance" and "No Fear"...eh, so it can be kind of slightly related.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I didn't actually read the article. <.<
I just went Sure, Why Not? because Japan makes live-action movies about popular anime all the time. Sailor Moon, Rurouni Kenshin, Death Note....
They rarely show up overseas, though.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.@Dark-Hunter: Didn't change that he clearly didn't care for mortal lives or doesn't think was he does is wrong. Honestly, it's really not that different from Super Beerus, who has the added bonus of being scary.
x9 No, Faux Affably Evil are scary Affably Evil villains are not meant to be scary.

"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"I'm pretty sure affably evil is synonymous with Nice Is Not Good(because, you know, Good Is Not Nice). Having an agreeable personality and having agreeable behavior don't always go hand in hand. People loved Kevin Nash, lots of the same people who watched as he destroyed their careers. And while that's not necessarily "evil", you get the point. I'm sure Al Capone wasn't so bad to be around, but that doesn't change the fact he'd have you kidnapped rather than ask for an audience in most cases.
Faux Affably Evil is more someone who tries to be agreeable even when there is nothing to get along about. Capone would have musicians kidnapped, but after they performed for him, he would let them go. Shelly-Ann Fraser was once held up by a criminal, who apologized and left her alone once he realized who she was. The faux in the case would be torturing those you kidnapped or taking the belongs of those you held up and complimenting them for their cooperation...though I can't think of any real life analogues for it.
That's why he wants you to have the money. Not so you can buy 14 Cadillacs but so you can help build up the wastesI still wish we would have gotten a DBH anime instead of Super.
Actually, aside from the mob, Al Capone was a ridiculously cool guy. He ran tons of soup kitchens during Depression times so the common person loved him. Granted, he ran those soup kitchens specifically to get the common person's love so he would have the public on his side when the law meddled in his illegal affairs, but Capone was pretty solidly Affably Evil.

You'll find that in certain cases, crime lords are beloved by the people living nearby. When the law is insufficient or doesn't care, the mafia can and does keep order.
And if the crime lord is smart, they'll keep their reputation in front of the populace not only squeaky clean, but also incredibly positive. It's generally a good idea for organized crime to stomp crime in their area of operations, mostly because people can't pay you protection money if they've been robbed. That, and it gets incredibly easier to operate in an area without crime because the police are generally concerned more with other, more crime-ladden places.

The pig of Hufflepuff pulsed like a large bullfrog. Dumbledore smiled at it, and placed his hand on its head: "You are Hagrid now."Over 7500 on scale.
It's actually on topic, because it's almost similar to how Frost was portrayed in the Super Anime...except not really.
(U-U): Don't correct this.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Extremely Strange? This isn't even weird, dood.
Extremely Strange is when we start talking about the reproductive organs of demons, and whether or not Mira can produce children.
Yes, he can, but only in a Mr. Seahorse way.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI keep forgetting Mira is the dude.

It's Spanish for "look", and seeing him ya just have to look.
A blue demon/saiyan android in a red jumpsuit and white armor, he's like a devilsh Captain America.
Gavan, Let's get jiggy! That's the Dragon Ball standard, ain't it?

There's a reason why Darkseid sits on people's couches.
