I usually like plain coffee-with-milk and a bit of honey, but Irish coffee is my favorite warming-up drink.
Well I love cappucino.
Last year I got a Keurig for my birthday. I use it all the time, but I got the plastic holders so you can put your own grounds in.
Roasting coffee at home is a little more trouble than it's worth, but I'm near several shops that make good blends.
The child is father to the man —OedipusFor hot coffee, a dark roast is my preference, and I really like Sumatra. Black unsweet, please.
For cold, I use basic grocery-store dark-roast and make a cold decoction at about triple strength, then mix it roughly 50/50 with cold milk and add sweetener and a shot of vanilla extract to each glass.

Just had a light Ethiopian roast. With some sugar added, it's a delightfully fruity coffee.
I now go by Graf von Tirol.
