Suggestion: Bile Fascination

A Wiki Walk brought me to this Penny Arcade comic, and I think the third panel would be a fair illustration.

If anything, there could be a tl;dr as a caption.

As a caption, we could answer the question at the end.

Boy, we got a lot of good ideas...but it might be best to just use the TV Tropes one and pothole it to Self-Deprecating Humor.
