The Makiri/Matou are of Russian descent.

Yeah, he was originally Makiri Zolgen (this is using the Western naming order, so his family name was Zolgen). So yeah, the family name got switched around after he moved to Japan. He was presumably too lazy to switch the naming order when he became an official resident.

Anyway I'm about to start my fanfic but one last question...what do I put in the disclaimer?

May contain peanuts. Do not dry clean. Tumble dry low.

You could also use: "Warning: The following contains language unsuitable for minors. If you're under the age of 18 and have not seen the word 'Fuck' before... well, you have now."

"These characters are not mine. If I owned them, I'd be swimming in money right now, Scrooge Mc Duck-style. I am not making any money out of this, and any similarity between these events and characters and any of those seen in real life probably owes to the fact you were drinking. No Saber Lions or Lancers were harmed during the production of this fanfic."

I've actually seen a lot of those "don't own Work X, otherwise I would be filthy rich / would have changed Stupid Event Y in Work X" style disclaimers in use. Usually with an obvious sarcastic tone, too.

I probably do, given that I have a huge statistical sample set of fanfics numbering in the hundreds, if not breaching the 1000 milestone, to refer back to for the sheer variety of such disclaimers.

Because if we do summon him, it's gonna be either his real life persona (which will include his goofy songs) or one of his comic book incarnations. Because those are funnier. Unintentionally, but funnier nonetheless.

Also, I'm gonna get to Laharl and Valvatorez soon. Laharl's might involve jokes regarding him and Laharl-chan. Speaking about that, Eva Unit, have you ever wondered what Rita Repulsa might sound like when she's not screeching all of her lines? 'Cause now I know.

A scary thought crossed my mind. What if Kitsurugu Emiya had taken in Tsukihime's Shiki Nananya?

Basic concept is that a sealing designation is put on Makihisa Tohno (the nail being that his abuse of Kohaku gets out and rival families raise a stink about his instability, to take out the Tohno's) shortly before his slaughter of the Nananya Clan. Kitsurugu shows up to late to save the clan but soon enough to terminate Makihisa and save a directionless young boy. Much like Natalia before him, he pities the child and allows him to accompany him on his missions. Imagine Shiki Nananya with Kitsurugu's ideals.

... I'm now imagining normal!Shiki with a dash of Kiritsugu's become-a-hero-of-justice dream, with his Nanaya side being the one to hold on to Kiritsugu's cold pragmatism.

...Why would Tohno Sr. get a Sealing Designation? That is a Mage thing, given out as the "highest honor" to people of interest (which naturally actually sucks and includes being captured and studied like a lab rat, from my understanding)

I could see Kerry going after Tohno Sr. for some other reason though, since, yeah, he seemed like a douche.

Fate Level Zero is now up to chapter 4.
