I believe she'd find everything incredibly frustrating. Maybe because I see "this is frustrating" as Rin's reaction to most things that don't include Emiya (either one), Sakura or Luvia.

Rin's patience has limits. Admittedly, without the stress of the Grail War and dealing with Shirou not making any sense, it's unlikely that she'll be driven into screaming rage very often. But she will be. The Wizarding World outstrips Shirou's level of stupid by so much it's like the difference between Rin's mastery of the Second Magic and Zelretch's.

That implies that either there are no Einzbern females who make homunculi, there are no Einzbern females, or that they'd all rather sleep with a female homunculus than a male one.

You know, Irisviel and all of her predecessor homunculi being female have the justification that they're all clones of the homunculus Justeaze Lizrich von Einzbern — though why Justeaze was designed to be female is something that I'd like her Einzbern creator to explain. Leysritt and Sella being female is probably because that's a more fitting gender for personal servants of Illya, but that's not guaranteed.

Actually, the most likely reason is that male Einzbergs can... ahve thier dna extracted throuh.... simple means, meaning hat another magus family can easily get Einzbern homucullus blueprints. Female einzberns means they can TAKE another magi's dna, thus adding abilities to their next custom builtgeneration without fear of losing any.
