Something from The Price Is Right should work perfectly for this.
The entire point of the trope is that the assistant doesn't really do much assisting much is just kinda there to look good. This shows said assistant doing what her role is on the show, namely standing next to the letter board.
The description includes stuff like helping a magician.
Plus the board provides no context. She could be modelling for all it shows.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid."But primarily, her job is to look good, strike attractive poses, and give the performer room to do his thing."
Which is exactly what she is doing in the picture. I'd love to find a picture of her actually touching a letter but I can't find any good quality ones.

Finding one showing who she is the assistant to would be a big help... hell even a pic of a Magician's act with the girl standing there holding a curtain or something would be better than this on.

I think so
No actual assisting going on in that one.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Um. No, but it's made pre-tty obvious.
"You fail to grasp the basic principles of mad science. Common sense would be cheating." - NarbonicThere's a screencap from the Family Guy episode "When You Wish Upon a Weinstien", that might fit this. I'll see how it works.
EDIT: How's this?

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. That's pretty good, barring someone finding a good RL game show or magic show pic (haven't been able to look at any of the other suggestions).
What is there right now IS a Real Life Game Show picture showing a Lovely Assistant doing exactly what a Lovely Assistant does, namely standing there looking good.

It doesn't show a game show, just a part of a fancy wall. And it's bordering on Fan Myopia to insist anyone would know what it is on sight.

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Wheel Of Fortune is a Game Show. People aren't going to mistake a big wall with a letter grid on it for just a fancy wall.
I can't even tell what your picture is supposed to be. An Elvis impersonator stepping out of a wardrobe with chorus girls? WTF?

Girls standing around being eye candy. You're trying to pretend showing only have the trope is better than showing the girls and the person they are supposed to be assisting?
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. It doesn't really matter what the guy is doing so long as it's obvious that the he's the focus and the girls are just there for eye candy.
Reaction Image RepositoryDepicting the person being assisted communicates "assistant" pretty well.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. You don't have to be standing next to someone to be assisting them. Lots of gameshow assistants are no where near the gameshow host during much of the show.
If the current picture was not an example of an example of Lovely Assistant of a doing what a Lovely Assistant does, I could see the problem. However it is an example. If the Lovely Assistant trope only works when the Lovely Assistant is always in the same frame as the show host, you need to rewrite the trope description and cull the examples to reflect this.
Also, please demonstrate that the picture is causing people to misunderstand and misuse the trope.

"Also, please demonstrate that the picture is causing people to misunderstand and misuse the trope."
There is no such standard in Image Pickin'. Suggestions for improvement are welcome for the best pictures.
And it's not that I think Vanna is bad, exactly, but it would be a hundred times better with an out-of-focus Wheel and host in the background.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. You aren't going to find any such shots because the only time Vanna and Pat are in the same frame are the very beginning of the show and the very end of the show, and having her just stand next to Pat is less illustrative of her function in the show than her standing next to the game board.

Actually, possibly changed my mind about which picture is best so far: the Wheel of Fortune set is pretty iconic. Anyone not recognize it?

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think part of my frustration with the complaint about the current picture is that is applying a standard to illustrating the trope that doesn't really derive from the functioning of the trope. It is using an impossibly narrow definition of assistance that excludes most of the examples. The current picture is a legitimate example of the type of assistance that a Lovely Assistant offers. It doesn't cause people to misunderstand the trope.

Yes, I know she does that on the show, but this really should show more of the trope.
