Why would Blossom have a kid with Him?

There's possibility that he was disguised as someone else at the time, and took advantage of her in a moment of weakness. Perhaps he took the form of Dexter after he died in the wake of the Megaville Traitor's actions (or sometime before then), and tricked Blossom into either believing that his death was just a bad dream or that she was dreaming of her dead boyfriend/husband, allowing Him to have his way with her.

That said... Is it just me, or does human!Mimi look a lot like PPGD's Olga?

So basically, he raped her. Also yes she does and it's kind of creepy.

That, or maybe he's just Mimi's "father" due to having secretly implanted a seed of supernatural corruption in her when she was concieved by her parents, making him the "second father" (analogous to mythological figures concieved by two mortal parents and a third, divine one). That doesn't quite explain Him's claim to being Mimi's father, though.

Mandy is the Megaville traitor. Admittedly this is a bit overly obvious but the last panel of the page where it says there was a traitor seems to focus in on her.

Too easy IMO. I'm expecting that someone among the "audience" will jump to conclusions and accuse her of being the traitor, only to be promptly debunked without Mandy saying a single word when the "video" shows the traitor's true identity... and then Mandy will comment after the fact that the traitor had beat her to the punch - that is, she would have eventually betrayed Megaville had it not been for the Great Traitor going for it first.

^ Or it'll end up a moment of Even Evil Has Standards.

Mimi is Olga and a Him-possessed Dexter's daughter.

Mimi just looks to much like Olga to be Blossom's daughter.

Blossom is just Mimi's adoptive mother 'cause something happened to Olga and/or Dexter.

Or maybe it's the alternative case of Extra Parent Conception that is a literal case of Has Two Mommies: For some reason, Blossom had to carry Olga and (possibly Him-possessed) Dexter's then-embryonic child as a surrogate mother, with some intermixing of Olga and Blossom's genes in the embryo probably occurring*

Why not good old fashioned "tried to create a perfect little girl"? If Blossom is a scientist now, I can see her trying to improve the formula. And I can see Him screwing with that try.

Well, his stories are generally Darker and Edgier and Bloodier and Gorier in comparison to their original source materials.

My guess on Raven's intentions: She'll go White Raven... with the catch that, for some reason, it's essentially a Taking You with Me attack.
