So, all week long it's been nice enough that I can go outside in a t-shirt with no jacket, and then I wake up this morning and there's snow everywhere. Elsa the Snow Goddess is a fickle one...

If you want to gain her favor, you should leave some offerings of chocolate on your Snow Goddess-altar.

That should be possible, I have enough chocolate reserves to spare some for Snow Godesses and even their sisters.

...so, I've been looking at the career of Maurice LaMarche, the guy who voices King Agdar, Elsa and Anna's father.

Not only is he The Brain, he's also Victor Fries (aka Mr Freeze) in the Arkham games.

And Calculon, Don Bot and Clamps in Futurama.

And... seriously, this is a lot of stuff.

Wait, Maurice LaMarche is the king?!

Random aside, but I really don't take the Fanon names for the king and queen as canon. They're just a questionable translation taken from the possibly-gibberish runes on the grave markers that were made by some random background artist and not the proper writers, aren't they?

Still better than calling the queen "Gerda," though.

I've seen half a dozen different names given to them, but I like the "translated from Runes" one, because it's Word of St. Paul.

Also, Agdar and Idunn. They're good-sounding names, and actually real Norwegian ones to boot.

I like the Calvin and Hobbes route of not naming the parents.

He's also in Wreck-It Ralph as Tapper. He got that role because its director, Rich Moore, also wrote the pilot of Futurama and a ton of Simpsons episodes, where Maurice was featured more prominently. It's the same reason John Di Maggio is Mr. Cream Puff in that same movie!

Anyone notices that our relationship statuses have now included lines from Frozen.
