And look at the new Facebook profile picture and cover photo for Rise of the Guardians. Freaking awesome. He looks super cool.

Absolutely. Although there's just something...off about Jack. It's in the face.

Is it just me, or does the art direction here look vastly different than any of Dreamworks previous movies?

This and ....... (ugh) EPiC...... both look like studios known for comedies doing a more serious action show for once.

It looks like they took away the more anime-esque facial traits from Jack Frost, as opposed to an earlier sculpture I saw of him.

They're also both William Joyce films. Name change on Leaf Men is the most retarded thing I've ever heard though.

I heard one mackette sculpture at Blue Sky left at the end of 2011 and went to Disney. ... given how this poster looks like a severe departure from the more cartoony designs Blue Sky has been doing, I can understand why.

But this is Dream Works Animation, not Blue Sky.

You should be able to tell when I am talking about studios changing the name of their movies IN GENERAL.

I actually though Jack looked kind of like Hiccup, not that it's a bad thing since HTTYD is my favorite movie =p.

The art is very pretty! Dynamic poses, lots of well-chosen colors, everything looks fab!

But the taglines are a little bit weak, though.

So, how under wraps do you guys think Dreamworks will keep this? Considering they went so far as to edit out the main character from the first trailer, it seems like they want to keep the details of the story a secret. For now, at least.

They do seem to be keeping it quiet. Maybe they're saving most of their marketing for the holiday season?

This would make more sense if they didnt already show Santa Clause to be a very very important character.
