I think the current pic is fine.
It's a men's room sign using what sounds like a really powerful attack. It gets the trope across.
Like the current pic, for reasons stated above.
Alt account of Angeldog 2437.I'm fine with it.
Its Not An Example and flat out misleading. That would be another trope with stuff like Blue Dragon's Poo enemies and such.
Motion To Pull.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Seconded.
"Only now, after being besieged by a flock of talking ponies, did he really understand what he'd lost. "Against pull, unless someone can find a better image. Like maybe Jigglypuff from Smash Bros.
How so? The image is not the trope at all.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!If you want to be nitpicky.
I think the current image is fine, for reasons I stated above. If someone can find a better image, I would certainly support changing it.
This trope isn't about enemy characters who look ridiculous; it's a about playable characters who seem useless, but are effective when you know the secret to using them. If the mens room sign was being used by the character it might count, but as is it's not part of this trope.
Not to mention that even if the image was an example, you have to be familiar with the game to know that PK Starstorm is a really powerful attack.

Reaction Image RepositoryAgree with motion to pull. It's not an example.
Don't take life too seriously. It's only a temporary situation.I was thinking Jigglypuff would be a perfect example, since she looks ridicule but its deadly.
Some image like this: [1]◊
Just call me Nac.That suggestion is... OK, but a bit small.
I love this page's caption, but not the image. Could we please keep the caption even if we change the picture?
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyYeah, well, this is not the trope. A mild variation perhaps if we stretch it, but not representative. Support pulling.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.Supporting pull.
Yeah, unwritten rule number one: follow all the unwritten procedures. - CamacanIf I knew how to take screenshots from the 3DS, I'd get a picture from Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy of one of the unlockable World War 2-era fighters shooting down a PAK FA or F-22.
Jigglypuff is a good choice, but I think we should get a good shot of Melee's version of Rest. Since it lights other characters on fire.
Also, this page could use some serious cleanup.
Belief or disbelief rests with you.The Hawk from Ace Combat 5 might work, with a screenshot emphasizing it's QAAM special weapon.
I agree with the Jigglypuff notion. Though, a picture of Fox or Falco getting slammed by the attack (in Final Destination with no one else there) is a near necessity if we're going for it.
That or 4 (or 5) pictures of Marvel vs Capcom 2, in order: 1. Akuma starting Shun Goku Satsu on Dan 2. Dan starting Okoto Michi on Akuma using Shun Goku Satsu 3. Dan landing the hit 4. The Hyper Combo K.O. screen with both Dan and Akuma getting knocked back (as that's what happens after Okoto Michi) 5. (optional) Dan Taunting afterward on the Player 1 Win screen
The thing about Jigglypuff's rest move is that it's really hard to show in still images.
Put me in motion, drink the potion, use the lotion, drain the ocean, cause commotion, fake devotion, entertain a notion, be Nova ScotianWell [1]◊ seems to be the right idea.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Too bad I can't tell what's going on there.
Is this any better?
Belief or disbelief rests with you.
First of all, this trope is about playable characters. The image shows an enemy mook, not a character.
Second, it should be something noticeable. While I've played Mother3, and I know PK Star Storm is one hell of an attack, I don't know why The men's room sign should be considered a Joke Character. All enemies in Mother are ridicule, I don't see that character specially ridicule.
So... any ideas?
