Hey, I'm the guy who wrote Kamen Rider Kuuga: Rising unto the Stars. I do try to follow the plot of the original show, with a few twists here and there.

Dusts of Avarice, an OOO x RWBY, is a bit different. But for this Drive x Overwatch, whether it's an SI or not, I will incorporate the stuffs from Drive into Overwatch.

Yeah, Roidmudes would be considered Omnics as well, except they're just using that as cover; they do wanna take over the world, after all. But considering the setting, I may have some of the Roidmudes wanting to live peacefully with the others, not just the one who possessed Q-chan the nerd guy.

I mean, if ya think about it a hit list for all 108 Roidmudes is kinda messed up. And from what I've read on Tumblr, Drive being part of a government body isn't really a Kamen Rider thing; they've always been non affiliated to anything other than JUSTICE and FREEDOM.

And I read that the actual Japanese police force is pretty incompetent... trying to research that, though.

Anyway, here's the plot for the first chapter, which is a prologue. As you know, Omnics had gone Skynet all of a sudden. But add the Roidmudes slowdown powers, and the casualties are higher.

I'm not sure when, but once the original Overwatch Strike Force fought the first Roidmudes, they're losing... until Proto-Drive appears. Krim Steinbelt convinces them that Proto-Drive should team up—not sure about joining Overwatch—to fight the Roidmudes and stop the Omnics.

When the fight between Gabriel Reyes/Reaper and Jack Morrison/Soldier: 76 happened, Heart's group was there and defeated Proto-Drive.

Then a few years later... either I'll do an SI, or Tomari Shinnosuke appears. Maybe I should weld canon and have this Tomari be one of his great grandson or something. Or grandaugther, I dunno.

Anyway, if this is to be an SI... I plan for SI-Me to be a native to that Earth, meaning he has no knowledge that Overwatch is a video game. Tokusatsu still exist, though.

So, typical time travel shenanigans. SI-Me was amazed by all the futuristic stuff, but all the mess against the Omnics pissed him off. Growing up with multiple media depicting mechanical lifeforms as people instead of tools (Transformers, all the sentient toku robots, sentient mecha from the old mecha anime, etc) had made him sympathetic to them.

I mean, Omnics may not be humans, but they're still made on earth, right? They're earthlings. Kamen Riders protect the denizens of Earth, after all.

The SCU guys... well, might be difficult. I always wanted to write the protagonists from Patlabor; I fell in love with those guys—especially best waifu Kanuka Clancy—so they will be based on them if I can't find a way to have them in.

If I use the welded canon route, the SCU would be descendants of the original. But explaining why the Roidmudes exist in the first place...

Gah, guess I've no choice but to stick to what I do best; writing Self Inserts.

Anyway, you can guess that Lena Oxton/Tracer would be filling in for Kiriko's role. She's also the only one who can possibly move in the slowdown zone unhindered due to her powers.

So, KR Heart is just Type Tridoron with horns glued on. Top fucking tier design.

Toei is feeling lazy, it seems.

Man, most of the older movie/special video only Riders at least had efforts put into them. Guess the budget was thrown into Kamen Rider 4's suit lol

But really, that the best they got?

Mach Chaser... kinda cool, but if this is a fusion with Chase, his emblem should be on the wheel.

Still, these are just pictures. I hope seeing them in motion is worth the funky designs.

Alain is being hit with Can't Catch Up, Idols show up to ruin everything, Akarir and Onari are entertaining goofballs, and Evil Makoto appears as well (which was mentioned in that preview page someone else posted).

Welp, finally got down another episode of Amazon classic the other day.

Gotta admit, an Enemy Mine with a MOTW (not counting Mole Beastman) was one of the last things I would've expected.

Speaking of Amazon, episode 13 down.

Man, when the asshole who tried to create an undead Amazon weapon starts saying What the Hell, Hero?, you know you're over the bend.

Didn't expect this to be an all the main characters live ending. I thought Jin would bite it at the least. Go figure.

Okay, so I watched episode 11 of Ichigo... And I think I've reached the moment where Fujioka got injured, because Takeshi never shares the screen with another character, whenever he appears unsuited it looks suspiciously like stock footage, and he shows up already suited for the final battle.

I guess I'm not too far away from Niigo's first outing, right ?

If I recall correct, the Nigo episodes will be coming shortly. Thirteen, perhaps?

RX and Kabuto 25.

RX:

• Bosgan is looking to be the boss. But to quote a great man: 'Whoo! To be the boss, ya gotta beat RX! Whoo!

• Crisis, in true dickhead fashion, has now decided to start crashing weddings.

• With his super sword, Bosgan will kill RX....right up until the point where Robo-Rider breaks it by virtue of being literally Made of Iron.

• Wow. Maybe you should have lured Kotaro to a different place from where the actual fight was happening there Bosgan....you dipshit.

• Next time, Bosgan strikes back! He's probably gonna die.

Kabuto:

• Instead of answers for Hiyori, Kagami has found more questions for himself.

• And even Kageyama is starting to wonder what's going on.

• <Mashima steps on a burning document before Kageyama can pick it up>

• Kageyama: Um....isn't that...

• Mashima: ....No..... <Is actually in a lot of pain>

• So Misaki appears out of her suit, acting completely unlike herself, asks about Tendou's sister, disappears, then suddenly you get a call from her, talking about something else, and not knowing what you meant when you asked about Tendou's sister.

• Kagami: Must not mean anything. Oh well.

• God dammit Kagami! You dipshit!

• And everybody is making a play for something....HOLY SHIT! IT'S DAISUKE! Glad to see him back. Though he ends up helping Kageyama of all people.

Next time, stuff happens, but will it be stuff that answers things, or raises more questions?

A few more eps, and I'll see about watching God Speed Love. Ah yeah!

Also, Shin Kamen Rider Spirits had a badass story that explains what Hongo went through freeing Ichimonji. I recommend tracking it down.

Got a question for my Rider senpais. What would you guys recommend more, 555 or Blade. I'm planning to start watching Black soon (after I finish classic Amazon), and I figured I'd watch it alongside a Heisei series.

Me, I go with production order; so Faiz, then Blade. But it depends on what you're looking for in a Kamen Rider show.

Speaking of Shin Kamen Rider Spirits, I found all the chapters.

Good news; I'm fucking serious. Bad news... it's in Chinese. I really, really want to link it here, but I don't think it's okay...

Two things I remembered is that there's another member of the Delza Army. He looked badass. Also, the ladies from the original show appeared in one panel all at once. Lovely.

Man, I wish I can read/speak Cantonese/Mandarin/still dunno the difference. Lots of cool things to be found if you search using anything but English.

Oh, and Eva, sorry for the wait—was feeling a bit down—but... I know. The fanfic thread is kinda empty, so I post my ideas here.

Still, perhaps instead of waiting for someone to bring it back, I should be the one to do it.

Mind-reading will probably be important some time later, and it'll be interesting to see how Alain's new training helps later. I'll have to check his stats to see where he stands, but I'm guessing it was less a pure power issue, and more a matter of confidence in his abilities.

But I'm lazy, so I'll wait until one of you checks his stats.

In terms of stats, Necrom is better than Toucon Boost and Specter with Houdini Damashii with quite a margin. Necrom is more agile (jumping height and overall speed) than Grateful and Deep Specter, and both forms are quite more powerful than Necrom. Mugen is actually only slightly more agile than Necrom but really powerful in comparison, and that's not taking account Mugen's insane defence and spiritual powers. Enraged Deep Specter has no official stats. So statically Necrom isn't lacking super badly, but there is a good power gap there and he lacks other powers he can use.
