I took out that "not an example but" part of the first example. Being the trope namer doesn't mean it automatically gets a spot on the example list even if it's not an example.
On to your proposal:
First strike against it: You aren't offering any real reasons why the current name is bad or should be changed, beyond one hypothetical misuse ("It could be mistaken for..."). We don't change trope names unless they're broken. You haven't offered any reason to believe that this one is broken.
Second strike against it: the name you propose changing it to is the name of a character. A character that you think is much more widely known than he probably is. Character names generally make very poor trope names; we've found that out after far too many years of allowing them.
Who is Julius? I have no idea nor do I have any idea what game he's from. When I hear "Julius" with no other context, I think of Julius Caesar. When I google just the word "Julius", there's not a single mention of any video game character named "Julius" on the first 20 pages (200 hits). Over half of the first 200 hits are also about Julius Caesar.
Please take a look at Trope Renaming Guidelines to see how, why, and when we rename tropes and why and when we don't.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Also, misuse of most triumphant example, as well as not realizing that the mode is NOT new to Castlevania.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Just dropping in to agree with and to say this: What the hell is Julius Mode? Is it a secret option in a video game that turns all the characters into guys named Julius (Julia or Juliet for the female ones, I'd assume)?

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.Presumably you run around in a toga, the score is kept in Roman numerals and if you stay in one place for too long, you get backstabbed.
Pretentious quote || In-joke from fandom you've never heard of || Shameless self-promotion || Something weird you'll habituate to
Also don't like the proposed name for the reasons stated.

Alt account of Angeldog 2437.Man, I hate it when someone beats me to all the good reasons for denying a rename.
Actually, I can think of at least two more reasons against it - the fact that J is Julius in Castlevania Aria Of Sorrow is a spoiler, and we avoid spoilers in trope names because there are plenty of people who hate spoilers.
Two, Julius Mode in Aria of Sorrow isn't even the Most Triumphant Example from the Castlevania series. Based on the longevity and popularity of Castlevania Symphony Of The Night, I'd actually argue that Richter Mode from that game actually is the Most Triumphant Example from the Castlevania series.
Note that, as I wholeheartedly support all of Madrugada's reasons, I am emphatically not suggesting a rename to Richter Mode. Even beyond all of the solid reasons against the rename, I really like the current name.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. Is Julius Mode where you take a guy named Julius and give him ice cream?
Okay, is there any reason to keep this thread open other than to debate the OP's misunderstanding? If not, I'm going to lock it.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Lock away.

The article Another Side, Another Story seems to have a couple of problems with the name. First of all, it openly admits that the trope namer does not apply and it can also be confused for a character select screen at the start of the game. Julius Mode is probably the Most Triumphant Example of the actual trope, as not only do you unlock a new character, but he proceeds through the game in an entirely different way and boasts new abilites, not to mention insanely kick-ass theme music. Add to the fact that this is the only way you can play as Julius Belmont in the games except the compilation, and in that he's DLC content.
Just look at this guy! AWWWWWWWWWW YEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!◊
"Another Side, Another Story" sounds like it could just as easily be applied to stories that are alternate interpretations of stories that already exist in general like Grendel and Wicked. It sounds very similar to Perspective Flip in title, as well. Julius Mode is strictly the video game version.
