Like Batman, he needs prep time. In his case to have character moments about how everyone in his life is a garbage fire.

Would Shinji include himself in that list?
I mean, lets be honest, I'm sure no matter what he does, he'll end up causing a horrific disaster that wrecks the world.
And when I say that I mean even if his choice is not get involved at all. Because if there's one thing Evangelion has taught me, it's that any choice Shinji makes is the wrong one.
One Strip! One Strip!Of course he would.
Shinji would be the first to admit that he's fucked up.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersMy thoughts on Samus and on Nintendo's audience were meant to be separate things. Hence, the "anyway."
Just use Simon. He's a more stable Shinji and probably a better mech pilot.
Simon still needs a good co-pilot though. Gurenn Laggan is at it's strongest with two pilots.
Edit:
And in admitting that, he causes a huge disaster. Why? Because he's Shinji Ikari, and he can't ever do anything right.

#IceBearForPresidentWhy is new Lara merely a victim just because she reacts as a normal person would to being attacked? Courage isn't the absence of fear but the ability to overcome fear.
Because not-so-coincidentally only the female characters react like "normal people". Compare and contrast her DB victim Nathan Drake of the Uncharted series and his "character development of being stabbed a lot" at least includes a quip or two. And even when the male character reacts like a normal person, he'll adapt over the course of the game. Far Cry 3 comes to mind as an example of that.
Old Lara was in their club, basically. Despite being one of the relatively early examples of a major game franchise with a no-strings-attached female lead, she was allowed to be every bit of the confident action hero her male counterparts were. Not anymore.
But new Lara does adapt? We see her becoming braver and stronger over the course of the game and the ending makes it very clear she is not a frightened child anymore. And the next game very much shows how much she's developed in terms of skill.
Plus, "snarky action girl" isn't exactly an uncommon trope in fiction these days.

Old Lara was, from what I understand, an Adventurer Archaeologist all the way. Despite her early game models being blatant Fanservice, she was doing a lot of shooting, a lot of jumping, a lot of puzzle-solving, and made herself into her own character. Then she got turned into a scared, bland teenager by means of "rebooting" to make the series "more realistic and gritty".
...but why make it more realistic and gritty? Compare with Dante and Dm C's Dante; and the overwhelmingly negative response about the latter from the fans of former (didn't help that the game developers made all they could to alienate them); or even "old" Samus and Other M!Samus (since she was discussed).

Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?I don't have particular feelings towards either anime, I just know that it's not gonna be pretty.
Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?I expected the result, so, what is their logic?
If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead?I think Thor holds the "honor" of being the first to have previously won then lose a 2nd Death Battle. Also, RIP Ichigo.
Reasoning:
Though both are matched in a very long history of combat experience, enchanted weaponry, and similar berserk modes, Wonder Woman had more advantages than Thor did. Thor may have been able to hit Quicksilver, but Wonder Woman was able to lasso Zoom. Even though Thor had better durability, Wonder Woman was far stronger than Thor was tougher. Finally, while Mjolnir was a challenge for Wonder Woman, it couldn't really kill her easily the way a blade or other piercing weapon could. Wonder Woman's sword, however, is able to slice through atoms, something Thor can't really defend against.
Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?RIP Ichigo? RIP Naruto, he's fucking dead as shit man.
Aaand this is why I said "Oh no"
Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?... Does Ichigo and Bleach characters have some sort of hax powers? The Power Creep in Naruto got pretty high (especially for Naruto himself) by the end of its run. I hear Naruto and early DBZ debates a lot, but never for Ichigo and early DBZ.
Does that really need to be in spoilers?

What I'm confused about is why the next fight says November 11.
I'm pretty sure that's a Saturday. Shouldn't it be the 8th?
Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?Ichigo Kurosaki is the son of a Captain class Soul Reaper and a Pure-Blood Quincy, and is indwelled by what's more or less an artificial Vasto Lorde Hollow. This, coupled with his seemingly limitless potential to become stronger through combat, makes him one of the strongest Bleach characters.
The problem with using Ichigo is that, unlike Naruto, it's hard to pin down how powerful he is at the end of the series. It's unclear whether he still has Quincy powers (which he was unable to consciously control anyways) after the end of the manga, but the light novel continuations reveal he still has his Hollow powers.
My money's on them equating reiatsu and chakra in order to provide an excuse for Naruto to be able to see and fight Ichigo.

I can see the same thing happening. Most versus debates tend to equate energy types due to most of them having to do with the power of either the body or soul or both, so it makes sense to use energy equivalence when it comes to characters like Naruto and Ichigo.
Watch SymphogearWinner: The moment Thor pulled his superform out first, I knew Diane was going to win. That’s how it always go when both fighters have super forms.
Next time: At least it isn’t Naruto vs Luffy. That would be Flash vs Quicksilver all over again. An obvious winner that anyone who knows anything about both charcaters can figure out. My money is on Naruto winning this, but I don’t know Bleach that well, so I could be wrong.
Shinji Ikari would take those nerds apart.
