I would argue that "they also consider when a single feat isn't consistent with everything else they do," like in Beast vs Goliath.

But then we also have Dante and Bayonetta, where they took Dante's one feat and did their own calculation on how fast he must be.

So shrug.

They also brought up feat inconsistency in Scout v. Tracer. Their point there being that because we don't actually see the rockets' point of impact, it's entirely speculative to assume they actually hit Scout dead-on - and since making that assumption would be inconsistent with the rest of his portrayals, they declared "survived being hit by three rockets simultaneously" to not be a provable feat.

Some of their analyses are more comprehensive than others, whereas some take their information from smaller pools. Sometimes they zero in on parts of the mythoses they look at that they ignore in other reviews. Sometimes they have no choice but to accept those stylistic and outlier moments because there's either little else or the expectation would be for them to use them, whereas in others they have no reason to even consider them.

So it's not surprising that they've both used stylistic moments as core analysis, and other times have decried it.

To be fair, that moment is a lot more speculative in regards to the Scout's invulnerability than us outright seeing Samurai Jack destroy that battlefield full of enemies before a drop of water hits the ground in regards to his speed. The best you can do to play that moment seriously without concluding that everyone present has super speed is to assume the drop of water is falling slower than its supposed to.

The animation though, they weren't trying to play that up on the podcast, it's really freakin' good. It really looks nice and smooth with all the custom-made sprites.

Might be an opponent with A parasite or symbiote. Alex Mercer, maybe?

Inque from Batman Beyond might be a good choice to fight Venom; though her weakness is water. Maybe Clayface but same weakness.

I usually like when it is DC versus Marvel or maybe some other Comic Book company.

For the animation? They both ended up in Scrooge's vault, and Scrooge hit Shovel Knight with blasts from the Anti-inertia and anti-friction ray guns, causing him to slip, get half his body buried in the gold they were fighting on, and drop his shovel. Scrooge takes it, and pogo jump decapitates him with it. Then puts his head in front of his property as a warning to thieves.

She made 11 appearances in the DCAU: 5 episodes between Justice League Unlimited and Batman Beyond; 4 comics appearances in the DCAU; 2 guide books appearances.

She was also in 4 appearances in Future's End comic event in the New 52: Batman Beyond Vol 5 issues 2, 3, and 6 along with the DC Comics Encyclopedia.

Venom! And just in time for Eddie Brock's triumphant return, too!

I wouldn't recommend Clayface given that Venom nearly killed Sandman — who has similar powers — just by biting him.

He survived a tactical nuke at ground zero range, can grow from any unprotected biomass, has the ability to lengthen and harden his matter at will, can throw an Abrams tank easily, can dodge machinegun fire, run 300 MPH, and has easily taken down other infected before like a one man army . My question is if the Symbiote would stand a chance against HIM?

Remember, Prototype was based off of the developers earlier highly underrated Incredible Hulk game, with the developers standing back and asking "How can we make this character EVEN MORE overpowered?"

Correction. Mercer got caught at the very edge of a tac nuke explosion and was reduced to a pulpy puddle the size of your hand.

The main problem is how Marvel Comics overscale the characters they have. I'm pretty sure Venom has some busted moves.
