-Alice sends out her dolls, who slash wildly at the incoming icicles. Sometimes, the icicles slip by the dolls' blades, and strike them down. Other times, the dolls knock or cut through the ice, maintaining their wild spin in front of Alice.-

Alice: Hmm...

-Alice draws a new hand from her deck, and thinks for a moment as she looks over her hand.-

Alice: ...Doll archers!

-Dolls appear behind Alice with bows. They aim at Cirno, and fire. The fairy slides under the arrows at the last moment, and draws her own hand.-

Cirno: Ice Charge, set!

-She jumps back again, leaving a quartet of dolls hiding out of sight. Cirno, oblivious to this, rushes right into the trap, only to be lanced several times and knocked away.-

-Alice continues her story. Cirno eventually wins the duel, but not the battle, as Alice had run out of usable spell cards, which means she had to forfeit.-

After all, I don't have much expectations in the abilities of others much in the first place. ...-exhales heavily- ...And now I'm wishing I packed earmuffs. About as far away as I can get and I can still hear their stupid screaming. Bleh.

-For the most part, the spell/PSI ability manages to ease the pain of the broken rib(s) and fractured leg, while the cuts and stab wounds heal to a degree. So he's better...but still pretty beat-up.-

???: ...I...didn't necessarily need your assistance...but I appreciate it all the same... -sounds a little stronger, if a bit more weary-
