Yuki Nakashima : We have a question here from a user called "Ghost" on the status of rights for engrams, As You Know this issue has been debated since the invention of engrams 700 years ago, but the final verdict was, that since an engram was BORN human, but moved to a synthetic body, they have the same rights as a cyborg, as far as the legal system is concerned the, barrier between synths and humans is weather you were programed in a lab, or born.

Yuki Nakashima : *motions her boss over, and they start to whisper to eachother... while there is no way for a human to make it out, Ghost or Isura could make out there debating on weather or not to call the hunters on the user known as Longram for knowing way more then he should, but decide not to since he could just be crazy* We have a question here from a user named Longram, and while most of the questions and points are rambelings of a mad man, he does raise the question of a fully sentient AI....

This question though is the whole point of the riots, CAN and AI be sentient? The only two at current who compare with sentience are Fenerir and Galm, the two ships who guard the Luna One Gate... but it might not be long before more show up.

We wish we could comment on the CURRENT status of those ships, but the navy refuses to do more then acknowledge there existence....
