It's an upside down L. Resemblance to an actual letter is probably accidental.

A Skinny Scrawny looking Wario with a completely straight mustache. White and Black.

Idea, what if they brought back Stanley just like they did with Pauline. It'd be interesting what they'd do with a obscure character who is plumber-esque (exterminator) like the brothers and the WA's. Would they make him related to Mario and Luigi in some way, or make him some sort of rival.

Super Mario Sunshine would have to be remade from the ground up for an HD release, I think.
We'd be better off with a sequel methinks.

A Galaxy HD port would have the issue of Star Bits, also.
Maybe a Super Mario All-Stars Remake that contains 1-World, 64, and Land 1&2. (Land 3 is Wario Land 1) Possibly Yoshi's Island as well.

iirc the Star Bits shooting mechanic never did anything important, so it could be axed really easily.

Couldn't they have it so the player talks to the luma, which automatically takes the player's star bits?
yeah, they could just make it so that it works like money does in other games.
the "point at the screen and shoot star bits" thing could be relegated to just 2 Player mode, like how they're adding that into Captain Toad's Switch port
