I also find it highly dubious that Mario is 26.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?Peach is also 26.
Or 25 according to the Mario Land comic...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.And that's why there's next to no continuity between the Mario games. Because they know that trying to make sense of all that is just gonna confuse/piss off everyone, so they don't even bother
It's like The Simpsons. Time progresses but nobody ages.
Heart of StoneThat's just most cartoons and games in general.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. It's like Cloud Nine.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Peach being 25 I can buy. Mario being 26, though? No way. Look at him—he looks old enough to be her dad.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?Peach is the same age as Mario and Weegee always...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I think Pauline and Mario are about the same age. Peach looks like she's at least a decade younger.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?Odyssey's Luigi's Balloon World DLC is out now!
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."I'm more interested in those new costumes. I hate Sunshine, but I can't wait to get my grubby mitts on that Shine Sprite shirt!
I hope the next batch of DLC, if there is one, includes a costume based on Bob Hoskins's outfit from the live-action Mario movie.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?That's good, because someone at Nintendo had the bright idea of putting the servers under maintenance at the same time the update went live, preventing anyone from actually playing Luigi's Balloon World.
...Honestly, the new costumes kind of bum me out. They strike me as an indication that Nintendo isn't planning to add Isle Delfino or an expansion of the Ruined Kingdom as DLC. Why wouldn't they save the Sunshine outfit for the Delfino shop and the Knight costume for the Ruined Kingdom shop if that were in the cards?

Because you players probably used all ya purple coins...for 100%.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.But people spotted Isle Delfino on official maps very shortly before release, didn't they? Why would they sit on a finished kingdom and not release it?
I hadn't heard about the Ruined Kingdom expansion until now, but that sounds super dope. I'm a bit dismayed we didn't get to capture the Ruined Dragon.

Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?Oh, there's not any rumor about it or anything. It's just a wish a lot of people have, myself included.
As for Isle Delfino, the only map that shows it was in a Japanese ad◊. You never see it on the in-game globe, though apparently the lighting indicates that it was there at some point, and removed later. I'm guessing that they simply couldn't finish Delfino in time, and that the Japanese ad used an older version of the map by mistake. I do hope Delfino being added is still a possibility, but like I said, I don't know why they would release the Sunshine outfit with a relatively minor update instead of saving it to release along with Delfino.

They could release the short-sleeved shirt.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?They diddly did...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I think Mario's only famous as a plumber because that's what he used to do to pay off his student loans back in the day after his breakup with Paula over the DK incident.
March of the Minis takes place in an alternate timeline where Mario never broke up with Paula; Odyssey actually takes Mario to a parallel universe where the native Paula never had a relationship with his native counterpart.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I think Paula is a little too young for Mario...
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?When did people start hating on Super Mario Bros 2(USA)?
According to it's TV Tropes trivia it was a huge deal when it came out.
Demand Overload: The cartridge shortage as the NES grew in popularity meant this game was often out of stock, and parents actually drove across state to get their kids copies of this game.

Dataminers have discovered Baseball, Conductor, Racing, Satellaview, Santa, Zombie, 8-Bit, Link, and Broodal outfits in the files of Super Mario Odyssey. Some are guessing that this is connected to Yoshiaki Koizumi's previous statement about DLC for the game.
What I'm wondering is what the Satellaview Outfit would look like.
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.
Mario did age, randomness is pretty sure Mario wasn't 26 when he was a carpenter.
