And he's a doll that can shoot bullets out of his elbow.
By the way, Geno totally answers to Rosalina
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."I'm pretty sure there's some appeal in dirt, so that's not exactly a negative against him.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.If there were no dirt, I'm pretty sure we'd all be in a lot of trouble so dirt's okay by me.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! What's edgy about him exactly?
Doesn't talk much, has a mission he's dedicated to, uses firearms... He's far from the most severe example of a character like himself, but he's definitely edgier than typical. And of course, the fanbase for SMRPG turned him into something way more intense because of course it did.
I sure said that!that seems more "cool" than edgy to me but i understand what you mean.
Edgy as Mario can get is Mario Strikers.
Not that I wouldn't love to see Geno and Mallow (and other RPG characters) in Kart.
By the way, what's SE's reasoning for locking down Geno and Mallow? Capcom didn't lock down Vaati even though they developed Four Swords (see Four Swords Adventures where Capcom wasn't involved).
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Mario Strikers is thoroughly tongue-in-cheek, though, whereas Geno is, while not devoid of silly aspects, played much more straight.

I sure said that! For some reason I feel really depressed that I bought Super Mario RPG on the Virtual Console while still owning the SNES cartridge (I was too lazy to hook up my SNES). I think it's because I generally prefer physical copies.
The Protomen enhanced my life.I was stoked that Mario RPG was coming out for my birthday. I remember my mom taking me shopping every week and I'd always stop by the electronics department to look at the player's guide. One day she ended up buying the thing for me and I read the thing religiously. However this was all before I had the game in my hand, so the whole thing was kind of spoiled for me.
I was admittedly a latecomer to SMRPG, finding an SNES cartridge of it for sale some time during the mid-Gamecube era.
It's a ton of fun even without nostalgia on my side, though.
And my SNES still works, so I don't need to download it!
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! One of my earliest gaming-related memories is reading a Super Mario 64 player's guide at a Blockbuster. i didn't buy it, I just read the thing.
The Protomen enhanced my life.Back in the day, I spent almost as much time reading the Majora's Mask guide as I did actually playing the game.
Well, Nintendo just came out and said Paper Mario is probably NEVER going back to its roots
Dammit Nintendo, why do you do this to us
It's not Ogre, It's Never Ogre.Because at the end of the day, they think know their market better than they really do.
And IS has their heads up their asses.
Honestly, I think they know full well that Color Splash isn't likely going to do great critically or commercially. They're talking it up for the sake of PR and not sabotaging sales more than they already have.

Between the Wii U market- That is, children who have no old fondness for Paper Mario and fairly hardcore long-time fans of Nintendo that on average dislike what Sticker Star and Color Splash are- I can't see Color Splash doing anything but tanking. Sticker Star, relative to the huge number of people who own a 3DS-family system, didn't do so hot, either.
Of course, the message Nintendo will take is "no one likes Paper Mario at all," just like how Other M mortally wounded Metroid and how the likely failure of Federation Force will probably kill it forever.
I sure said that!At this point I'm not sure which rabid mass of fans has dealt with the news of Federation Force(which at least looks okay)/Color Splash(which looks like a slightly better Sticker Star) worse.
You know it's time to let things go and move on when someone tells you "it's MY way or bust" right in the face. And sadly, that's the message Miyamoto is sending to those who don't like Sticker Star and aren't going to like Color Splash either.
135 - 169 - 273 - 191 - 188 - 230 - 300So I got into a bit of a discussion on a You Tube video that I've been thinking a lot about.
Is Nintendo being hypocritical with the whole Paper Mario vs. Mario & Luigi issue? That is, is the idea that the existence of Mario & Luigi precludes the existence of other Mario RP Gs indicative of a policy of "one game series per genre per franchise" that has presumably come into effect at some point between the releases of TTYD and Sticker Star (possibly before Super Paper Mario), and if so has Nintendo been consistently following that policy?
The You Tube commenter cited the large number of Mario sports games as evidence of hypocrisy, but I pointed out that these are all different sports. (Mario Sports Mix did duplicate sports with the Mario & Sonic Olympic games, but Sports Mix never became a series.) However, the video itself that we were commenting on spent a lot of time detailing the gameplay differences between the Mario & Luigi games and the first two Paper Mario games (M&L is more action-oriented, focusing more on the timings of special moves and dodges; Paper Mario is more about strategy and using the right move for the situation)- are the two RPG series as different as, say, tennis is from golf?
There are some other examples of multiple series per genre per franchise that I could think of, like the main Pokemon games vs. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon both being RP Gs- but Mystery Dungeon was a preexisting franchise that just had Pokemon characters put into it, and some people consider roguelikes a separate genre from regular RP Gs anyway.
I'm not sure you can compare the PMD series and its comparison to the main series to this issue. They have different developers, and Pokemon is controlled more by TP Ci and Game Freak than Nintendo.
Honestly, I'm willing to give Color Splash a chance at being not completely terrible, but not being like the first three games in terms of story. Though, I doubt many people are willing to do this.
Paper Mario: Color Splash started development at around the same time Sticker Star was released.
A lot of elements seen so far, like experience points, different colored/dressed Toads, enemy cards, and Anti-Frustration Features make me think those were added in once complaints about Sticker Star began to come in but when it was too late to redo what they already had planned.

The Protomen enhanced my life.I gotta agree. The way they've been dealing with Color Splash, gameplay and especially PR-wise, screams of damage control from Nintendo's part. They can't just come out and say to the public that people aren't too hot on the game, after all.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."I honestly think their attempts at damage control are just making things worse.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?
He's as edgy as a Mario character can get away with, basically.
Which isn't very, but still, that's a niche that's mostly not filled elsewhere.
I sure said that!
