Well, Cygan was wondering why there wasn't one, so I made it. I guess we can talk about queer stuff. :3
(*LGBTQ+ Solidarity huggles*)
Oh, and if you're wondering, non-queer folks are welcome too.

So I can't tell if I'm feeling burned out because of how little progress I've made, or if I feel like I've made less progress than I have because I'm burned out.
Bleh.
"Yup. That tasted purple."...Realised that if things go to plan then I'm going to be going out in public next Saturday wearing this◊.
HELP.

Just once I want to be able to see other girls' progress stuff without feeling jealous all the time.
At least I have the decency to keep it to myself rather than hurting them by vomiting my negativity everywhere.
"Yup. That tasted purple."I wish I could just disappear

Right here.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Another day, another renewed anger about ace exclusion and aphobia
No I didn't see anything new, I'm just still mad about it.
Fair enough. It's an understandable thing to be mad about, even if there is no immediate reason. It's something I'm always slightly upset about and than occasionally it gets pushed to the forefront.
Same with a lot of stuff I guess.

So, for an upcoming persuasive speech I need to put together and present for class, the topic I'm very heavily leaning on talking about is biphobia. I think to narrow it down I may specifically talk about biphobia within the LGBT community, since it's an issue I feel I can research and talk about. Maybe I can also touch on bi-erasure some time throughout the speech.
Still in early planning phase, but I may give updates as I go on.

OK cool.
Getting angry and upset about all the parts of my stupid body that don't fit some self-created ideal again.
Which I guess is just about all of it.
"Yup. That tasted purple."Unfortunately, you're also in an area where most people greet each other with pats on the back. You might tell people, "hey, I've got a sunburn on my back, please don't pat me", and decent people will stop patting you. It's a strong habit, so they might sometimes forget not to tap your burn, but as long as they're trying to remember not to hurt you, it's appreciated, and they probably won't mind gentle reminders when they mess up.
Now, in this place where everyone pats on the back, you might encounter people who think you're being too sensitive when you ask them not to. It's just the natural thing to do, and it's being respectful to pat someone. So every time you ask them to leave your back alone, they respond by hitting your back harder the next time. Toughen up! Be normal! Don't ask me to make a change because you think you're so different!
Respecting people's gender identities is living like anyone might have a sunburn in the land of the back-patters.
Fair metaphor?

Fresh-eyed movie blogThat's a really good metaphor. I might have to use it.
