Although the DRM as Dead Rising 2 is almost a turnoff for me, undoubtedly.

I hated it that this has been confirmed not even a month after I bought Street Fighter IV for the 3DS, without all the fancy new rebalancing. I honestly feel ripped off about that.

^^ To be fair, you can't carry SSFIV around with you.

Sorry, I forgot to add the 'super' part to the title. Yes, we do have the super variant, but not the rebalancing. Which sucks.

Wasn't Super available as DLC for the original?

No it was a seperate game completly.

Yeah, you can upgrade SSFIV to SSFIV Arcade Edition via DLC, but you can't upgrade the normal game.

You're supposed to upgrade by DLC if you have SSFIV or buy the disc when it comes out if you don't. The disc version will have a different intro screen and that's about it. It'll come at full U$ 40,00 without any DLC - so don't hope getting alternate outfits with the disc.

The 4 new chars don't even have proper Rival scenes or Trials. D:

But at least Yang is still sexy. And I'm a guy.

Outta the new characters, I am liking Evil Ryu the most. I don't like the hole in his chest though, I find it creepy.

Yang is flash. And have you seen his alt costume?

Also be thankful they didn't just copypasta Ryu's model and darken its colours a bit like they did his sprites in the Alpha games. I actually LIKE that hole. M Akes him look more unique.

Yang is flashy and I have seen his alts. I like his second alternate costume the best. On Evil Ryu, having the hole does make him more unique so it is good in that way. Doesn't mean I like the look of it though.

Loving Yun's Kung Fu Gordon Ramsey alt too. "You screw up that dish?! YOU DONKEY!! *You Hou'd**"

I always thought Yang's coat alt was some sort of modified trenchcoat or something.

Also Evil Ryu's looks like a superpowered Tommy Wiseau. Maybe its the hair.

Looking at the guy's face, he kinda does look like him I guess.

I once countered a Violence (My Fan Nickname for Evil Ryu) player's Messatsu Gou Shoryu ultra with Oni's jumping ground pound speical, what was it called. I was sure the Ultra wou,d hit but I spose Oni is tougher than diamonds.

Another I made an Oni player ragequit using Violence. He pulled the plug just as I got him with MGS.

And for a hat trick, one Ryu player missed with Metsu Shoryuken. I was Ken and had a full Ultra bar and Guren Senpukyaku. Do the maths.

And ANOTHER, got a Yun player named DAZ 2980 with Vilence's Ultra. He blocked it but took chip damage so I managed to nail him with Raging Goku Murder. He even complimented me on "ultra then super"

And I'm only now discovering that Balrog is good to use.

Those sound good. Ultra's after mistakes make it hurt more.

Also I faced a surprisingly poor Zangief player. And had an epic titanic battle with a Vega player. I was Goukuma with palette 10 on. Eventually he beat me but it was a battle for the ages.

Close fights are the best.

I might get back into this game now - can you fight against people w/out the Arcade Edition when you have the Arcade Edition? If not, I'll be downloading it soon - a worthwhile replacement for my Mv C.

Yeah you can dude. You can specifically search for SSF 4 and AE players if you want.

Of course if oyu fight someone with only vanilla Super 4 then you'll most likely not be able to use the new characters if they don't have AE allowed. IIRC.

On another note do you guys think Oni (when using his Japanese voice) has the best evil laugh ever during one of his ultra's?
