Minecraft RP: The Signup

Alright.

I'm Gamerex27. You ma know me from T Vtrope's hit forum topic, We Are All Pokemon Trainers. Now with over 1500 pages!. But I digress. This is a thread for signing up for an RP in the world of Minecraft.It will be a Play-by-Post game.

The plot is that, suddenly, we wake up in the world of Minecraft, with nothing more than the clothes on our backs, and the ability to chop down trees with your bare hands. You can see where this will go from here.

There is a general plot to the story. You can have any objective you wish. Be it building a fotress, finding a way home, investigating the monster attacks, or researching the odd physics or this realm, you can do it. As long as it is not detremental to the plot. Yes, there is a plot, but it will only be revealed over time, and with great investigation.

I will try to keep the plot on the rails, and your characters may join mine to search for a way home. Or you can go off and do your own thing, as mentioned above.

Oh! me, I'd like to join. I've been on a huge Minecraft kick lately.

And join you may, good sir/madame/Kujaite!

Just list your general apperance, spawn point and any other important details. We will all be on the same map, and our goals at first will to find other people to help defend us from the swarms of monsters.

Are we from a universe that Minecraft exists as a game? Or do we just wake up and have no idea why we can punch a tree into wood chunks?

Appearance: Standard human, except with purple hair (my minecraft appearance). Spawn point: Forest area.

The latter option. The RP will be started after a minimun of eight people have signed up.

Is it possible to join if you have no clue what Minecraft is?

Or sorry, I should clarify that, Is it possible to join if you haven't played Minecraft at all?

Minecraft actually isn't a game you play for plot. So long as you've read the wiki to know the recipes, I think anyone can join.

I'd be willing to take a swing at it. When we 'die', do we respawn?

Of course. Otherwise, the RP would be over in 2 in-game days.
