@nrjxll (and the Blackwwood group in Dream II as well): Sorry about not posting for a while... been busy with preparing for a convention this weekend. Therefore, it will be difficult for me to post in the next two days... I'll try to post in both Frontier and Dream on Monday, or sooner if I have a little window of time.

Working on an essay this week. Posting will remain slow until the storm passes, sorry.

... I've changed my icon like three times today and every time it looks really squished in forum posts.

According to the bug tracker, the devs are working on it, but I did notice that the one you have now, the sketch of Cyrus, is only 92 pixels wide, not a hundred. (Which doesn't exactly explain why it's getting squashed vertically, and not horizontally, but maybe it's related.) The bug specifically affects avatars that aren't exactly 100 pixels square.

@Slysheen: Forest sounds great for heading out with Katya - would be fun putting Gwion into the midst of a forest. Will split off Teri and Wolfe to go with them.

@nrjxll: if Iraal and Scents are heading that way, then that'd make for an interesting group.

Just need to find people heading out to the desert and the badlands to take care of Kris and James and Peggy and Karl.

Will split up the rest of Gwion's group and send them out with the others.

I've let it get way later at night than I realized, so post will have to wait until tomorrow.

Finished up that Dream II post I've been working on. It took a while because I was trying to figure out a good voice for the character. And introductions in general are a pain.

It's late, though, and my brain is already half asleep so I'll probably post it in the morning after I've had the time to take a second look over it.

Edit: Posted. Again, apologies for the length. I wasn't really intending for it to go on for that long, but figuring out a place to stop was difficult.

Which Frontier groups or characters that are in Town (and preferably not currently at the grand hotel) are still active?

Also, some of the character locations on the setting's page seem outdated.

Amy and Maya are in town!

I'm not sure about anyone else though.

I meant to be keeping track of character locations in both threads, but I've fallen behind, so I'm not sure where people are now.

We might be able to safely move Night's characters into the Inactive folder, he hasn't edited the wiki nor posted in the forum since before Christmas.

Dang... I hope nothing serious happened. Or if something serious did happen, I hope it's the good kind of serious.

Slow day overall huh? I keep waiting for things to pick back up. At the same time, that definition of "up" keeps sliding downward.

Sorry for not posting yet! Will get to that right about now.

I'm going to send Danielle and company on shortly. If there's anyone who would like them to interact with their characters, let me know. If not, I've got a location I can introduce.

I'm still waiting on ladytanuki in Frontier.

Where is Ladytanuki? It's been more than a week since their last post in Dream 2.

I am also waiting for Ladytanuki to post in Frontier.

If nothing else, all of this waiting makes me want to do more solo writing. I guess that's a plus.

Also waiting on lady, but in the meantime, I'll get this Frontier post out the way.

OK... I've hit a large bout of writer's block. I'll try for a post tomorrow morning.

Sorry if I'm not leaving enough openings for response in my posts. Hard to strike a balance between "character is ignoring too much" and "character is saying too much."

Sorry for the shortness. I didn't know what else I wanted John or James to say and I didn't want to drag the scene out unnecessarily.

Hey, Glacia, how much can I mess with the barn?

Regardless of what you have in mind for the barn, I would prefer that it at least remain a functional shelter- meaning structurally sound (so don't destroy any support beams), not too many holes in the walls or roof, and the actual unit that most of the barn's heat is coming out of should probably be left alone.

I'm cool if you want to mess with anything else inside or outside the barn- such as the hayloft, wyvern roost (people can't get to it unassisted, but maybe Mazra can alter it), stall dividers, the pasture fence, any of the smaller animal pens, and anything else that isn't nailed down, including farming tools (if she finds any, they'll be entirely manual in nature), random crates, milk bottles, hay bales, feedbags, horse tack/shoes, brooms, you get the idea. Vince will definitely try to stop Mazra from altering anything less replaceable than a bale of hay, but unluckily for him, shit can just happen in dreams.
