General Star Wars Animated Series

A question for anybody who could be in the know : how long is Revenge supposed to be? French TV magazines (the final will be broadcast on Wednesday there) are announcing an episode of 50 minutes ( http://www.programme-tv.net/programme/series-tv/r15334-star-wars-the-clone-wars/3306715-vengeance/ and http://www.tv-express.com/programme-television-w9-star_wars_the_clone_wars-1313295-1-0.php ), but I'm skeptical because I think I would have heard about it from other sources. Anybody can confirm/deny this?

Could be they planned on airing Brothers and Revenge together.

I think the comic book you're talking about takes place after the Clone Wars, so they're technically not contradicting it.

Oh well. The good thing is Maul is finally back and getting the attention he deserves!

Not bad. Needed more Obi Wan/Ventress vs. Maul/Opress though. That was entertaining.

Speaking of Mother, that mother tausend who led the sisters seems like a ripoff of my starwars fanfic character.

Maul was a real dick, murdering those civilians. All he needed to get Obi's attention was to show up.

Though, with Ventress as a bounty hunter, there isn't much need for the jedi to pursue her.

& we get even more Enemy Mine Foe Yay between her & Obi.

1st, she helps Ventress, sends Oppress to kill Dooku (anyone even bother calling him Darth Tyranus?)

Then Ventress ends up fighting Oppress?

Then Tausend sends Oppress to find Maul.

Then gives Maul The Sixmillion Dollar Man treatment.

Whose side is she even on?

I really want to see what part maul plays in the next season and how obi-wan and ventress are going to act together. i also heard that they are only going to make five seasons, is that true or just some rumor I heard? Also, I have to quickly faingirl about the next season.

As for Maul killing civilians...he's a kriffing Sith. If they want you to see the smoke they raze the whole forest just to make their point.

And finally...Ventress may now be a bounty hunter, that would szill put her on the Republics Wanted List for war crimes she commited or accompliced during her service to Dooku. Aside from the fact that letting a cranky Dark Jedi run around is NEVER a good idea.

Dave Filoni says that it may go up to six seasons.

When the show began George Lucas said that the show would go 5 seasons minimum regardless of ratings. If the show actually has good ratings there may be no reason to stop at that marker, that is one of the benefits of making the show an anthology so you don't have to keep a tight chronology.

Let's see what we found out about Season 5 in this interview.

-A hint at an arc or episode centered around Dooku

-Palpatine, as Sidious, will take a more active role next season.

-Bo-Katan(Katee Sackhoff's character) will have a lot more to do.

-The Death Watch comes back.

-Things will happen to Ahsoka that "change her forever".

-Lux Bonteri comes back.

-Hondo Ohnaka comes back.
