Good for him. I always say the best way to deal with a bully is to beat the shit out of them. Similar to how you put out an oil fire - blow the fucking well up. For then the bully's power is usually forever broken.

I really, really hate to be THAT guy, but really? He could've killed that guy.

I'm not saying that bully didn't deserve it for picking on him, because he totally did, but whatever happened to...Oh, I don't know...walking away? Telling someone of authority? It's not worth it to piledrive him into the ground and get suspended.

Personally I woulda just stuffed him in a garbage can.

It was awesome, but Jesus Christ, that kid could have been a murderer really easily. The bully deserved getting slammed, but the way Casey did it made me think for a second that I was watching a snuff film.

I'm not sure if the shrimp was hitting nearly hard enough for it to qualify as the assault inherent in a manslaughter response.

The bully knew full well what he got into. He knew full well. If he didn't want retribution, he wouldn't have started. I am serious.

While I don't agree with it, I really can't blame Casey for reacting the way he did... it seemed obvious to me that he got to a point where he just snapped, and let loose on the aggressor.

This is probably something that had been building for a while, as the fact that the little one's friends brought a camera along to film the event means it's highly unlikely that this was the first time Casey was their target.

I won't disagree that Casey used excessive force when he chose to fight back. But that use of force was entirely provoked by the bully, who was lucky that Casey let up after the body slam. It could have been a lot worse for him otherwise.

Hopefully the kid's dislocated knee will heal up properly in time. But if it doesn't, well... sometimes when you choose to go through life acting like a raging douche, you pay the price.

Yeah, I wouldn't really blame the kid for the gravity of his counterattack. None of them are experienced fighters, so he just went into Generic Grapple mode, but of course, simply having your opponent in a hold doesn't do much in terms of hurting them, so what do you do? You make your hold an attack. Based on the fact that he stopped attacking afterwards, I can only assume that he quickly realized "oh holy shit I could've killed that guy".
