Since about an hour ago.

Spinoff Cobby threads were made for various topics, and they needed a home so that Yack Fest wouldn't get cluttered.

So, is 599 old enough to hang out here, or should I wait for my 600th birthday?

The rules for Cobbiedom are pretty simple:

A) Act your age.

B) If you are not that age, just don't act like a dick.

I think the ones who don't recognize this rule will get weeded out anyway.

Yeah, if there's one for the nebulously defined concept of "oldness" I think one should be there for the nebulously defined concept of "youth" too. Otherwise....it just strikes me as kind of pointless either way, actually. But at least by making one for the younger tropers too you're making it more fair.
