I agree with the original poster that it would be cool to see him do a Old vs. New of the simpsons, only problem with that is that there's not a whole lot good to say about new simpson's. I also would have liked to have seen him review the awful super mario bros 3 and mario world cartoons, but that's been Jossed by doug himself.
As for actual movies, Speed 2 and whatever the king kong sequal was called {BTW, I'm talking about the sequal to the 1975 remake, not son of kong}.

^Once again, an individual who hasn't seen The Simpsons for 3 years.
Has he done anything Scooby Doo related yet?
^^Belive it or not, there was a time when I thought the Simpsons was getting better, but then they screwed up yet again. I don't think that I need to subject myself to the torture of the newer eps again, especially not after that awful attemp at a twilight parody.
Back to the topic of the nostalgia critic, I also think it would be intreasting if he did a video on scooby doo. What do you think it would probably be about, the live action movies {Though they wern't that bad IMO}, some of the animated films, the history of scooby doo, or an old vs new vid?
I definitely agree that Scooby Doo as a whole could be ripe for some analysis. As for the angle... hurm. Given the franchise's surprising Long Runner status a "History of" video might be a good idea. There's the original "Scooby Doo, Where Are You" series, the episodes featuring Scrappy Doo, the series full of weird crossovers (think Adam West-era Batman, Sonny and Cher, the Addams Family, the Harlem Globetrotters), the TV movies where they teach Cute Monster Girls and go racing respectively, and that's not even getting into the live-action films, the Spin-Off Babies-type show and the myriad modern revivals...
(Is it weird that I rattled off practically all of these from memory?)

Don't forget The Thirteen Ghosts Of Scooby Doo featuring Vincent Price.
I want him to do a review of Baby Geniuses 2.
RE: Scooby-Doo, maybe a theme month based on that?
Anyhoo, personally, I've always wanted him to do a Cartoon Network month; it'd at least decently complement his classic Nickelodeon month. Has he ever mentioned anything about whether or not he'd do anything involving that?

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. That wouldn;'t really work. Nickelodeon was supposed to be about the four mjor components that made Nickelodeon unique - Live action shows, cartoons, SNICK, and the game shows (which was abandonded after he couldn't get good footage). Cartoon Network had cartoons, and thats it. He couldn't really do Toonami, as that would be anime, and Ponyo was a once off for that. And he can't do Adult Swim as that was way too late. Unless he just pulled up the four worst cartoons Cartoon Network came up with (So basically 2 episodes pointing out why I am Weasel is a terrible show, followed by one for Cow and Chicken, and one for Dexters Lab), there wouldn't be enough.
He could review CN Real.
You don't really get this whole ten years ago thing, do you?

The American Darkstalkers cartoon
Street Fighter: The Animated Series
Ruby Spears Mega Man
@ Some Sort of Troper: You got your wish about Dunston Checks In.
YAY! Thomas the Tank Engine movie review. Sweetness.
Hm, it might be pretty funny if he tried to do a Disney Princes month, just for fun.
I'd love to see Nostalgia Critic rip the live-action Scooby-Doo movie a new one. It's about 10 years old now, so it's old enough to be reviewed.

Un-frickin-touchable."Our Friend, Martin", an animated movie about a group of kids time traveling through Martin Luther King Jr.'s life.
Every February back in elementary school, I had to sit through that movie and watch every second of it. It wasn't bad at first, but by the third time, you start to find it's faults.
Hi. Um, does anyone know why the site has been really acting up for the past, oh, 48 hours or so? It's kind of worrying.
As for suggestions, I think maybe he could do an Old vs. New on Miracle On34th Street. That'd be interesting.
Or Are You Being Served? ... Well, my family watched that show together on PBS when I was little. Admittedly a good bit of the humor went over my head, but there was enough I could get that I really enjoyed the show.
The site's down. They know this. It will be back up later.
Whew. Thanks for telling me.
Hopefully it'll be up again in time for the next Nostalgia Critic.
Remember people, for TV shows, it would have to be something he watched, knew and grew up with.
Disneycember Movies - Might be too redundant to review in Nostalgia Critic for disney movies he already reviewed in Disneycember, and theres the cut-off date as well as if the movie was that bad to review.
Cartoon Network Originals - If he grew out of Nickelodeon in 1996 then maybe he'd seen What-A-Cartoon or Dexter but he hardly makes CN references.
Me personally, I'd like to see a Sequel Month Sequel Month:
Flintstones 2 Troll 2 Titanic 2 (Animated Rip-Off) Baby Geniuses 2
...as well as maybe the Casper & Inspector Gadget Direct-to-video sequels.
There's also the possibility of more shameless animated rip-offs like Video Brinquedo, Spark Plug, ect. Maybe a bit too modern and it's direct-to-video, but what about the early (90's?) "An Ant's Life"? Was that relevant enough?
Wow, do you want to torture poor Doug?
Anyway, I thought he already did Titanic 2. And everyone in the world has already done a Troll 2 review, might want to put that one out to pasture. I also remember Doug saying that he doesn’t do Direct to Video stuff. Correct me if I’m mistaken.

Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!
He prefers not to do Direct-to-Video stuff, but he will review them if there's enough demand for it (Bar the Carebears Direct to Video Christmas movie because he's pretty much sick of Care Bears).
Secret Of Nimh 2, Theodore Rex, Moonwalker and both of the Animated Titanic movies are Direct to Video in the U.S (That's all that matters, after all) IIRC.

I'm having to learn to pay the priceYes, clearly I mis-heard/misinterpreted something somewhere along the line.
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!I meant the THIRD Titanic movie, the sequel to the second movie he reviewed which may be unrelated to the first.
"You know, for kids!" is not enough to satisfy a whole review.
Hence, why he refuses to do Watership Down (And even he admits that it's a good film)
