What's Cyber Six?

Its a very short cartoon/comicbook-esque series here in Canada, based off of the Comic book, Cyber Six. But yeah, back on topic. What event in history should be shown now? Himaruya has covered a lot of topics, but not nearly all of them

When did it air? I was born in 1989 and I've never heard of it. Was it a TVO thing or was it on YTV?

And Himaruya should do the Plains of Abraham, if he hasn't already.

The merchandise stuff was kinda interesting but omigosh, the "So Intense" poster....! Rainbows are not really my thing but that's just crazy awesome.

So, yeah, Episode 17, part 1 of Heta Oni has ben subbed and put up. And damn, why can't the subber sub faster D:? So many questions to be answered, and that Cliffhanger is annoying to the max! Also, the Extra video shows nothing promising in the way of a Happy ending... But anyways I just saw a (Poorly) subbed Hetalia Movie. Just...What. But Rock and Roll Rome was worth seeing the movie. Hehehe.

But the translation for the seventeenth episode of Heta Oni was already up last January.

As far as I can tell the translations for Heta Oni pop up a while before the subs come out. Which is mildly frustrating...

I'm pretty sure you're all aware of the plight Japan went through. A good number of the V As have reported to be okay, but not all. And worst of all, Himaruya-sensei lives in a prefecture near Sendai, where the most damage was done. His prefecture is even near one of the nuclear plants.

Let us all pray for their safety...

If anyone cares, Himaruya is fine, but apparently one of the nuclear plants in his prefecture blew. @A@

I heard it wasn't too bad though.

For some reason. I haven't really bothered to watch any of the anime adaptions at all. I seem to stick to the strips and manga books. Once I have Volume 2 I might start watching the anime.

As my Avatar shows, I like Russia the most. Childish Psychopaths are always my favourite characters in shows. But.. Canada.. Oh god Canada. WHY SO MOE?

I saw the anime first, but I really do like the comic better. It's in a more linear order and has a bit more actual history. England and Austria are my favorites.

Also, did anyone else really dislike the Paint it White movie?

I don't want to dislike it but...yeah, it was dissapointing.

It was dissapointing...it had some cute scenes, but if you're going to make a hetalia movie, make it about a BIG historical event.

Wait, so what is the plot of this movie? I don't really feel like sitting through an hour of Hetalia to find out...

I don't mind if you spoil the whole thing; I doubt I'll watch it anyway.

A bunch of unhappy aliens are turning everything and everybody in the world white. The main characters try to stop them. The aliens undo their wrongdoings after Italy shows them joy by drawing faces on them.

It's Hetalia. If you expected the movie to have a GOOD plot, you're kidding yourself. :p

Actually, I thought the plot was perfect for the tone of the show, but felt it could have been better executed.

I think it should've been about an actual historical event instead a plot from nowhere. Also, about half of it was stock footage.

Well, lets think up ideas for a better Hetalia movie... One would be in a semi-serious light. The population of the world finds out about the Personification of Nations, and their reactions are mixed, and the Nations have to go on the run to find out what the hell happened.

But for the record, Heta Oni would be an interesting side series, in the more serious light, for Hetalia. Shit, i'd kill for a good animu adaption of Heta Oni, or at the very least Ao Oni. But alas, that shall never be.
