A heavy, pea-soup thick fog bank covers the water.

A huge shadow moves through it, to the soft and muffled sound of a ship silently gliding through the water.

Slowly, it resolves into a familiar shape, looking a bit like this◊.

At the prow, a Froslass wearing a tricorne hat and a long white coat on her shoulders stands, looking out to sea.

<"Heh heh heh. We'll be making landfall soon, folks. Get ready for show time.">

The fog blows away to reveal the decks absolutely packed with all manner of Pokemon, Humon or natural.

<The Crew: -cheers->

Tenderly, almost lovingly, she stares down at the prow of her mighty ship.

<"We'll be having you up and about in no time, friend.">

- Ammy then stuns him with Fire, allowing Oki to repeat his assault-

- He crashes, and everybody resumes their assault-

-Moves in to finish off Lechku-

-With a glare and tone usually reserved for Lucanus, Sho launches himself at the gold Noctowl, attacking every weakened spot he can find-

Sho:    For your assault on Shiranui, DIE!   

-Sho's team continues with their volleys of flame and aura-

Kaisaiko, Kaito, Mariko, and Hinto: -in unison- <For Shiranui!>

-Letchku takes attacks from absolutely everybody and crashes into Netchku, causing both of them to explode-

-A brief silence falls over everyone-

Ammy: <It's over...>

???: <Well, done, you all...>

- Everyone turns to see Shirani staggering in with Young!Ishaku-

Shiranui: <I have something... To confess to you all...>

-She gives the group an intense gaze with her red eyes-

<I am Ho-Oh. I go by the name Shiranui when I take this form to protect Ransei... Though on rare occasions I am known as Amaterasu as well.>

-She sighs sadly-

<And now I must return to my own time... To die.>

Ammy: <Shiranui, no... We can heal you... We can save you...>

Shiranui: <No... This is my fate... I must accept it with courage. My chick will take my place in Johto... As for Ransei, you are by far a worthy successor, Amaterasu.>

- She looks up at the sky and smiles-

<When the time comes, I may live again... But for now it is up to you. Save Ransei. Save its people. Be strong.>

-She suddenly glows and transforms into a bleeding Ho-Oh. Young!Ishaku hops on solemnly as she begins to fly off-

<And be warned, Amaterasu... The face of evil is not always what you think.>

-She slowly flies off into the clouds-

Issun: <True face... Isn't it that [Lord Of Darkness?]>

Ammy: <I think so...>

Issun: <Whatever it is.... And despite the [sorrow...] I think it's time for a [victory howl,] right?>

Ammy: -smiles- <Might as well!>

Oki: <I think I will partake as well.>

Rosa: <Me too! Me too!>

-They all howl-

Hokame builds up a large fireball and shoots it at the duo.

Spectran Dungeon,

Gaston looks up to the small amount of light filtering in through the barred window through his own barred cell. He notices the shadow of a Murkrow shillouetting most of the minimal light.

Gaston: Ah, the Murkrow. Back at home, those corvids were associated with wrongdoings, evil and death... -Chuckles soulessly- How befitting of our fates, Tsubasa...

There is no reply

He pulls out a scrap of paper, a pen from his belt and his knife. He makes a small cut on his arm with his knife, drawing blood, and dips the pen in his blood and begins scrabbling on the paper.

Gaston: I am faced with the most bitter descison of my life while waiting for that penultimate hour in which I will meet my demise and leave the world of the living. I have nothing left. My name means nothing here, my honor was lost when we were found out, my wealth has been reduced to rags on a petty criminal's floor and my most loyal compainion, Charlemagne, is no-more.

But probably the biggest ailment to my heart is my death way from my most treasured Kalos. O' the sun that beamed across the golden feilds of sunflowers, carresed by solf, warm earth. O' the magnificent forests in which Pan himself danced in. O' the rivers and her sirens that beckon me to her soft, lapping waves. It pains me that I will die far away from you, my dear Kalos.

Nevermore will I laugh by her rivers, or enjoy the smiles on girls faces, or feel soft sands, earth and waves on my feet. The sun will no longer anoint this face in which has been bethrothed to the sick, twisted devils of death. Why should it? I have betrayed it's people and put them further into the clutches of Satan himself. The punishment I will recieve is befitting for one who has and will cause them much misery

And yet, in probably the darkest, deepest, sickly crevice of my now worthless life. I have felt somehow... freer than before. Like I had been liberated or emancipated in some way or form by a greater good. Quand vous n'avez rien, vous n'avez rien à perdre it seems. I am invisible, and thus, have nothing to conceal. I have reached the enlightenment. And yet, will never be able to share what I have learnt

To any soul who finds this, and reads this. I beg of thee. Do not scruch this up and toss it aside like trash or junk on the prison floor. Ahead to my words, there is still hope for Spectra. We may die, but the common ideal of Freedom and Liberty is still warm in your hearts, and will linger until the floodgates are open. Tell the King of Kalos about how his subjects need him, how the young bud of one of his most trusted officials has been cut off before it's bloom. Your cries will not fall on deaf ears.

For only then will our punishment will finaly an end. O' merciful God, please forgive my sins...

He places the paper down and sighs. After a while, there is a soft sobbing sound from his cell.

Gaston: -Smiling, though with tears rolling down his face- Viva la Révolution...

Ryuku: Yeah! That's the stuff kid! I think that's it for the day. C'mon, lets get outta here and enjoy a niiiice aftertraining relaxation hour at the springs.

-The Drilbur, Sandshrew and Yamask make their way through a rough hewn tunnel.-

Guy: <So tell me how things are going in this part of the world. Kalos, even with my absence, seems to be doing pretty well.>

-Justy goes quiet a moment.-

Justy: <Well... it's not good. We only have a handful of fighters besides Derek and I here, and we can't seem to get ahold of any of the other groups since the com towers went down.>

Guy: <Went down? Went down how?>

Derek: <Let's just say the dragons here aren't very familiar with the concept of "maintenance".>

Guy: <Hm. So we're isolated, undermanned, outgunned, and, lemme guess, running out of provisions?>

-The last question takes Justy off guard.-

Justy: <How did you...?>

Guy: <I know a soldier on rations when I see one.>

Derek: <Yes, that's the gist of it.>

Guy: <Good. Just how I like my rebellions.>

PEFE - Holon Branch

Allen was taking care of the Pokémon there when Hikari suddenly appears

"Hey Allen, I've already finished all I had to do here in Holon, I guess we can go back to our old PEFE Island." said Hikari, smiling

"Is that so? Well then, if that's the case, I'm going to get everything ready for our departure." said Allen.

"Well, I'm ready, I'm just going to wait for you to finish what you're doing."

Hikari then waves and leaves.
