PMD-A: Treasure Town

-Nonag, Kirk, and Geist have finished their research. Carrying a huge stack of papers in an oversized binder, they head towards the Wigglytuff Guild.

Nonag: Alright, guys. I think we have enough research material to go back home now. All we need to do is find a shard and teleport back home.

Kirk: What if we end up in some other dimension?

Nonag: We'll keep trying until we get there.

-Before they can get to the footprine grate, a Pelliper flies by, and drops a letter into Nonag's paw.

Nonag: -Opens it-

We need some help on this bounty-hunting mission. Infernape found this dungeon where the bandit Minax was hiding, but she's got Some Kind of Force Field set up to stop us from getting in to her chamber. According to some hermit mon we met in here, you need a special Ring to get past the fields; he said an old man in town has it. Also, from what we've heard, the only way to hurt Minax is with a legendary sword found in the Miracle Sea. Personally, I don't buy it (she's just a normal, if strong, Pokemon), but it wouldn't hurt to pick it up before you come here. We're up to our necks in her baddies over here: We'll try to take out her forces and reclaim her stolen stuff while you get the items we need.

P.S. OW! Hurry up, they have Earthquake T Ms.

Kirk: Why'd he write that last bit?

Nonag: That guy isn't right in the head, from what I can tell. Then again, if he is related to The Founder, I guess it could be genetic.

-Nonag uses her strong piggy nose to pick up a specific scent-

Nonag: I smell something. Like old, dry books.

Geist: Hey, that's what old peoplemons smell like! I think we're right on the trail!

Nonag: Geist, that's rude. But we should follow this lead anyways.

-With that, Nonag dashes into town, her teammates following behind her.

Minax's Castle

-The prose camera cuts to a large, imposing stone fortress.Zooming in on one of the windows, we see Gamer and his team in the mid-dungeon break room rally point.

Arceus, this place is just packed with enemy Pokemon!

Typhoon: I know. It doesn't help that Minax seems to have Pokemon of every type here, too. She's prepared for anything-or anymon.

If she were human, she'd be a great Trainer. An evil bitch, but still a good Trainer.

-Infernape, having been walking around with the Dowsing Machine, picks up a few Max Elixirs from behind a rock-

Infernape: Good news, everyone! I found some more pick-me-ups to keep us going!

Good. I've been blowing through my PP non-stop in this place. We never seemed to have this problem back home.

Kratos: Yeah. It looks like PP is way more important here.

-Gamer and his Pokemon take a few moments to catch their breath and refuel their PP-

Dax and Kong have been stumbling around after having been shardported here... quite a while ago, actually. They come across the same Rally Point as Gamer and co.

Dax: <FINALLY, some peoplemons who we can actually talk to without almost getting killed!>

Nonag: Oh, sorry. We're writing a book on Exploration Teams, and we came here to research. We were just about to head to a dungeon to help out a friend of ours. He needs some item from town that an old mon has to get past part of the dungeon. Do you think you can help us look for it?

Kirk: Yeah, they know the place better than we do. Maybe.

Minax's Tower

-Gamer glances at the new Pokemon briefly, then goes back to nomming his Huge Apple. He quickly Double Takes, however.

Oh, hai. It's nice to see some peoplemons who don't want to brutally disembowel us in this place. Can you help us take out the boss here and get her stolen goods back to their owners?

-She checks the letter again for the passphrase.

According to this, all you need to do is tell him that Alakazam from Minax's Castle sent you, and give him 500 Poke.

-She hands Emma some spare cash, in case she didn't have enough. With that, they take off into town.

Minax's Castle

Okay, thanks. We'll head off now, then.

-Gamer, with his normal team and the new Pokemon in tow, head to the Upper Floors of Minax's Castle.
