A couple of Nidorina sit on the road, Hamada goes to fetch berries and herbs from them. "<Who is the guest?>" they ask, glancing at Pierce. One of the Nidorina goes and offers Pierce a Schrödinger's Berry.
Among the group, a sole Nidorina examines the Nidorino troop as if looking for someone. After a moment she sits and exasperatedly bares her teeth, only her aside glance letting show a certain sadness.

Groaning and panting, the Beartic walks into the next room, only to drop in one of the holes. "<Ouch!>" — he screamed. "<All I wanted was some experience points...>"
The Ominous Wind stream meanwhile floats around trying to reach the entrance of the building, as if to intercept.

Well, if we can let them go deeper into the forest, maybe they won't bother anyone there.

Casval gathers all of them into a ball and lifts them onto his back.
"You aren't planning on throwing them, are you?"
Casval: "No. Why?"
"I dunno, it seems more like you to do something like that."
Casval: "Do I really appear to be that type of person?"
He runs off into the forest with the entire Mankey colony on his back. As soon as he's out of sight, an Apricorn hits Wally in the back of the head.
"Ow. Again?"
Wally turns to find nothing there.
"Hmmm..."

After we were joined by Scrapper and Soundwave, we went further within the cave, personally glad that we had a Scrappy Exploud on our side. Unlike Iron Island, the cave was pitch-black as always, necessitating the use of Tropius's Flash. (A rule of adventuring, you never know when something might be useful.) Luckily, instead of Golbat there were only only Zubat with the occasional Golbat. As we went deeper, I could also hear and feel an Onix moving around in the inky blackness, giving Artemia a bit of a fright as I tried to calm her.
"It kind of reminds me of home, this darkness.", Audilith said as we walked, "At least the lower levels anyway." I would've spoken at that moment, but I had to cover my eyes after Tropius' light managed to reflect off of the wisp of a nearby Bronzor, which was probably freaked out by the fact that light seemed to be coming out of nowhere. "Well, at least we don't have to deal with all these mons. I don't know what's worse to deal with, them or the fans.", I said with a beleaguered tone as my mons murmured their agreement.

Yeah, they're a couple. I'm not sure exactly when they fell in love with eachother, but I think it may have started on Fool's side, at least back when we were in Oblivia. Latias said something about Fool seeming to show signs of having a crush on Tagg while he was carrying her to safety after she had suffered some pretty serious injuries, but I think I was unconscious at the time, so I'm not really sure on the details.
