The two reptilian Pokémon are sitting on the roof of the Pokémon Center, the Sceptile having taken Comet advice to climb up there with her (Although, somewhat reluctantly, as he would have preferred sitting in a tree, where he wouldn't have to worry about getting yelled at by the Pokémon Center staff, but whatever.
Treeo: Sighs. <It's Tulip. I think she might be into me...>
Comet: Frowns. <...Isn't that a good thing?>
Treeo: Shakes his head. <Nope, not for me. The thing is...>
The Grass type gazes down at the ground, awkwardly.
<...I'm not ready to be in a relationship yet. Not after what happened with Harriet...>
Comet: <...Oh, I see...>
The Charmeleon looks away briefly, gazing at the rest of the city, the space center looming prominently over a hill at the other end of the town. Romance wasn't Comet's forte, so she wasn't sure what to tell her friend. Still, she wanted to try and help any way that she could.
<Can't you just tell her that you're not interested?>
Treeo: Frowns. <But then I would be putting her through the same thing that I went through, and...I really don't want to do that. I know just how it feels, and I wouldn't want to inflict that on Tulip...>
Hearing this, Comet fidgets uncomfortably, her tail flame flickering nervously. She was in way over her head here...
Comet: <Well...the only other option is lying to her, and wouldn't pretending to love her, then dumping her be worse for her than just telling her the truth?>
Treeo says nothing for a few seconds, simply choosing to stare into the middle distance, a conflicted look on his face.
Treeo: <...> Hangs his head. <...No, it wouldn't.>
Unhappy to see Treeo like this, Comet reaches up and pats his back with her paw, giving him a supportive smile.
Comet: <It'll be fine, Treeo. Tulip's a strong Pokémon. I'm...not sure how you Grass types would put it, but...um...>
Treeo: <...It would take a harsh winter for her to wither.>
Comet: Nods. <Yeah. Good analogy.>

Since nothing is happening that would involve him and he is falling asleep, Silent makes a quick trip to the Pokémon Center to send Jemma back to Rex, not without some issues.
Jemma -scratches a wall as Silent pulls her: <....NYAAAAA! I'VE NOT FINISHED TRAINING THOSE SLAVES TO OBEY , NYA~> — digs claws deeper.
Lileep and Python stand on a desk, blinking as the feline is dragged away. Python rattles his tail as a sort of goodbye.
Lileep: <I'm kinda gonna miss her.>
Python -rattles: <Mean. Very mean.>
Lileep: <For a pathetic land-dweller, she was fun to mess with.> — swings tentacles victoriously.
Python: <I like land...> — turns back to Lileep and hisses.
Lileep: <Oh well your loss. Queen Kyogre will [cleanse], I tell you.>
Lileep half-glares at Lileep, who responds with some guttural grunts. At some point Lileep stretches eyr trunk, to which Python responds by uncoiling and standing up, rattling louder.
Python: <...> — rattles louder, hisses.
Lileep: <...> — sways tentacles, growls.

"....aaaand there, finally." Silent transfers Jemma's Pokéball.
Rex: Jemma is back to being your [problem] now. Managed to advance a little bit in her disciplining.
As for Pierce, I'm having a serious talk with Maekrite who has given me interesting information such as Pierce gaining a brief powerup from Maekrite's [Call for Family]. However, things about ghosts and mythical powers fall a bit outside my reach; I'd need to consult [Inka] and that would probably require me a return to Johto by the force of plot. Will talk to you about it next week.
Keep Pierce out of trouble. He might be mistaken as a Delta or pursued as happened with [Aqua]. Considering what happened to Maekrite I'll say it is... not nice.
Also Algira asks for [Minty]. Bye~.
Silend sends the message, then picks up the Big Ball of Violence on the desk and untangles Python from Lileep, to return both of them to their Pokéballs. Then he hastily leaves the building.
Mossdeep, Outside
Silent tries to bargain with a boater so that he can take a boat to the dangerous waters southwest. After the boater declines Silent's initial offer, the researcher offers him letting him pet [Dintel]. For some reason even this is not enough for the boater.
"Damn... what do I do to reach Wales Island? I could transfer Python and Dintel back to PEFE to make some room... then fetch a mon... then... uhm..."
While Silent muses, he suddenly bumps onto someone.
"....Oooof! Sorry, uhm... ...!?"
????'s Milotic: "~roooow?" — slithers around Silent curiously.
????: "Oh, no, it was my fault... I was trying to distract my little partner here, heh."

Wallace -rubs head: "...which is why I am escaping the advertising agency as well. I mean, they had me at it for over a month... and they made me sign my name on horrible horrible things..." — shudders, a gesture imitated by Milotic.
"Oh... I see, my condolences..." picks Dintel up, "that must be really tragic. Some kinds of people like lawyers and advertisers truly know no [limits]..." Thinks for a moment. "You know, now that you mention it, I think we could make each other a [favor]..."
Wallace: "...Oh? Something that would allow me to disappear from the face of the earth for one or two days would be very welcome..." — hugs Milotic — "For both of us."
"Well, I think it'll work, see... there's this island in the middle of the sea... in-communicated from the outside world, where a Fossil mon preserve is kept..."
Wallace: "...Oh! I think what you are getting at. I've heard the rumors, but I haven't had time enough to travel and confirm it myself..."
"It exists and it is well secluded. I can lead you to the place, but I don't have a water Pokémon. If you and your water Pokémon could take me there, I could arrange for you to stay there long enough for you to rest. Plus, I'm sure [Milotic] will love the place."
Wallace: "Hmmm..." — hand on chin — "Well, it's that or... ugh FINE!!! LET'S DO IT!"
Not waiting for a moment, Wallace rushes to the shore, with Milotic and Silent shortly following. They reach Wallace on the shore as the Champion walks into the sea, letting himself be freely bathed, then equips a [ring] and raises it to the air.
Wallace: "Water!"
Milotic: "...ou~!" — wriggles happily.
"..." Silent looks around quizzically. "Isn't that a bit... old-fashioned?"
Suddenly the sea becomes agitated and the waves grow stronger; after a moment, a [Wailord] emerges from the sea and growls a sort of hai to Wallace.
Wallace: "F*! this place! Transport is ready, let's go!"
Wallace backflips from the sea to the Wailord's back; Silent has to do the hard work of actually climbing the Pokémon's body up to its back, where he sits.
Wallace -pats the Wailord: "I request from you, take us to the sea, following the sea, then..." looks back at Silent, "wait for our instructions."
Wailord wades for a moment and then turns to the sea, swimming away slowly. Milotic shortly follows, dancing on the sea.
Milotic: <Oh! the froth! My marvelous reflection on the sea! I missed this water so. much.> — Aqua Rings and coos.
Only a short moment later, the island of Mossdeep starts to fade away... Wallace checks his phone, which has barely any signal, then turns it off, extracts the battery and saves it in an aluminum bag.
Wallace: "Yes!" — extends arms to the sky — "No more 14-hour shifts! No more signing bras! No knickers!" — turns to Silent — "See? We're gone already, whoo hooo~!" — thumbs up.
Silent sweatdrops, thumbs-up back and produces a cap from his pack to protect himself from the sunlight.
...This will be a short trip.

Sea of Kyogre, Aboard a Wailord
Head rested on his hands, Silent sleeps aboard the Wailord. His face is partially covered by the cap, on top of which Algira perches enjoying some sunlight and looking around.
Wallace meanwhile is enjoying the benefits of [freedom]. He's been trotting around the Wailord's back, smiling all along, checking his item bag (currently limited to four MAX REVIVE, leaping around and doing backflips. Then he decides to stand on one hand just for the heck of it. And since he is a Champion, he gets the Rule of Cool benefits of his cape dramatically billowing on the almost nonexistent wind, even though he is standing upside down.
Milotic leaps from under the sea, crosses above Wailord and Wallace, cooing, casting a rainbow as he returns to the sea to the other side of the giant Pokémon.
