Joseph: Is that a thing in your mind? Is there a quote-unquote "god", or is there a God? Is there a difference? I'm asking too many questions I'm gonna get the -hic- hiccups again.

Blue: Multiple foreign entities of great power... massive mindscape... I'll need to consult my father's notes. Almost all of these symptoms are FAR into the theoretical.

Jacob: "No no, I say god but I mean... In my mind, I'm the one in control. Here... Psyche is not. It's also not just her mind. It's... grown beyond that."

-Nods at Blue, and looks at Red- "Nothing right this second, but... everything that's not human, basically."

Blue: A fair question. Personally, I think I can do more good from the outside. We need to locate Psyche's body and get it to the MAD - I can run some preliminary scans, work out a plan of action. Also, this stranger you were talking about... he worries me for some reason.

-Looks at his Dreamcaster- "... Indeed there is. I've never used mine. Well let's just do that, then."

-He looks at his and tries to leave-

Joseph: Oh? I guess I did. That, or I figured it would do something terrible.

-bip! Leave-

Red and Blue press theirs as well.

Dreamcaster: Thank you! Please come again!

They all leave the dream.

-The Shadow King is struck by the multitude of attacks and beginning to feel the pain from it-

Shadow King: <Hm... Persistent little pests, aren't you?>

<Very well, it seems I'm not entirely used to this form... It seems you've forced me to go to my true form...>

-Obscura swirls out from Grodus' body encasing him in some sort of spiraling cage-

-From there, the shape forms out to form a neck and two large hands-

-The neck turns downward, revealing the spot where a Cofagrigus' face usually is-

Shadow King: <Well... let's see how you do against me at full power.>

-Nico might notice his bag glowing with a sapphire-tinted obscuric aura as a similar aura forms around the Shadow King-

Shadow King: <Hm... Much better...>

-After the Shadow King shows his true form, Vivian throws a Will-O-Wisp at him-

-Kieran is whacked by a treelike limb from a Sudowoodo Trevenant we haven't seen in over a year onscreen.-

-Kieran sighs, and takes a stance. He tries to focus...-

-And is hit again.-

-Pudge roars and Shadow Claws the Shadow King-

-...Only to be covered in bandages-

Pudge: -growls and tries to tear bandages off- <Pudge no like cheap Halloween costume!>

Arika: Shit! Keep hitting him from a range!

-Everyone continues the previous strategy except Bozaka and Gorga, who spit Dragon Pulses-

-Nico, meanwhile, notices the Sapphire star reacting to the Shadow King-

Nico: Oh no you don't!

-Starts channeling his own power to try and suppress it-

Palace of Shadow

-Nico is unable to do much on his own to prevent the sapphire glow from happening and when it fades it is because the Shadow King stops using it-

Maggie: "...Mmm..."

-She sends out Bobbery-

Bobbery: <So this is the final battle, eh, old wot?>

Maggie: "Yeah, just beat him and we're all done."

"Try not to get too close, though."

Bobbery: <Hmph, noted.>

-He shoots an Ice Beam at Grodus-

-Banquo shoots a Shadow Ball while Squealer uses Fire Blast-

-The Shadow King is struck by the attacks and is burned-

Shadow King: <Still opposing me? I can't say I'm surprised, but this won't last for much longer...>

-His two hands, both somehow unaffected by the burn, try to Shadow Claw Vivian and Sucker Punch Pudge-

-The Shadow King himself concentrates and Maggie's bag emits a Shadowy Golden glow-

Maggie: "Rgh..."

-Pudge is hit by the Sucker Punch for decent damage. Everyone repeats their attacks, though they're noticeably weaker than before due to the Shadow King's stat boosts.-

Nico: Rr... Pudge can't hit through that anymore... How are we gonna...

-Levitates the staff far to the side and extends his blades again-

Hey Shadow King! Too afraid to fight me head on? I'll do it for you!

-Charges and slices at the Shadow King with wild abandon, hoping he'll attempt a direct attack back-

-The Shadow King is getting a tad annoyed at the burn and all the attacks-

Shadow King: <You still persist?>

-The Shadow King pays little mind to Nico, who may find himself being enveloped by bandages-

-As this happens, his backpack glows shadow-y Sapphire again as the Shadow King heals himself, including the Burn his disowned daughter administered-

-One hand comes and strikes at Nico and possibly the staff with the Shadow Claw-

-Meanwhile, another hand comes over and strikes at Banquo, knocking him out-

Banquo: <...Great.>

-He faints and Maggie recalls him-

Squealer: <This guy's real tough with all those Crystal Stars.>

Bobbery: <Indeed. I'm sure there's some way to get around them, though, old boy.>

-Robin is eagerly waiting for the stream to start, Dvorak peering over his shoulder-

Robin: When I fled I made my way to the land of Plegia; dry, desolate, most of the cities around the coast... Kind of a mix of your world's [ARABIA] and [AUSTRALIA]... I had pretty much nothing, so I spent three years there as a... What's your world's phrase for it... Street Rattata.

-I was an opportunist, taking whatever I could to survive...

-A bedraggled Robin sneaks up to a stand stocked with pitahaya and quickly nabs a few he stows in a bag-

-By the time the owner of the stand notices and yells he's already run off-

-However, I managed to nab some tomes on lightning and darkness magic and learn how to use them, which proved essential to survival in and of itself...-

-Robin notices some local mercenaries pursuing him, smirks, pulls out a yellow spellbook, and blasts them with electricity before making his escape-
