It's about six if you count the Orange Islands, but it's really not that big an accomplishment, I just get bored easily so I don't like using the exact same teams for the Elite Fours for the most part.

Drake: "But have you learned what you need to know to prevail? Mark my words, should you surpass me here, and are found wanting in strength of heart, the Champion will crush you."

Jacob: "... My heart is bound by the hearts of my team. The bonds that connect us is more powerful than any dragon you have."'

My parents did always say I tended to downplay my mons and I's accomplishments a bit too much.

Drake's Room

Drake: "Go, Dragonite!"

Jacob: "Regina, lead the way!"

-They send out their respective mons, and Regina immediately Mega Evolves-

Drake: "Huh. So you too have the power... Impressive. Most challengers that come through here never see it nor know of it. Some have it, but have failed to use it. You all though... it seems so natural to you. So easy. You must all be exceptional."

Jacob: "Indeed. Regina, Thunderwave!"

Now then, Drake likes capitalizing on the offense, like Sidney, but he does more than just a relentless offense, he likes boosting his Pokemon's already formidible parameters. Regardless, Regina will cut them all down.

Drake: "Boy, do you truly trust your Pokemon?"

Jacob: "... I do."

Drake: "Then let's see our teams fight without any direction from us."

Jacob: ... A challenge? One I am more than equal to. "Very well."

Regina: <Hm. Okay, just leave it to me, Jacob.>

-She goes ahead and releases an electric pulse at the Dragonite, paralyzing it-

Dragonite: <Oh hi miss! GET READY FOR TROUBLEEEEE>

-And it dances the sloppy swish-

Regina: <Hm. I don't think I will have much trouble.>

-She focuses, and then shouts at the Dragonite, knocking it down to low health very quickly, it tries to dodge, but its muscles spasm out and it doesn't respond-

Regina: <Sorry, out of luck.> -She Hyper Voices again, knocking it out-

Drake: "Impressive, but let's see her handle this! Return Dragonite, go, Tyrantrum!"

-And he sends out the Dracosaur-

Tyranitar: <Well then, impressive to see you this far. Most trainers do not make it this far in the Elite Four.>

-It rears back and strikes Regina with a Iron Head, knocking her down to about half her health-

Regina: <I don't think that's too impressive for us! We will become the Champions of the Hoenn Region!>

-She grabs the Tyrantrum while it's close, and a Hyper Voice tears out from her throat, tossing it across the room, and knocked down to low health-

"Humble to a fault huh." Lyuri then let out a chuckle and shaked her head "You're more similar to Duke than I thought."

Anyway, I've been thinking.

I kind of wish that we had challenged more gym leaders.

We only took on three, and did pretty well, but I don't know if we would have been able to do them all.

Jack: I did take on a lot of gyms back home, but I have the feeling they went easier on me, since I was a kid.

-She waits until the last second, and sidesteps it, and then knocks it out with a Hyper Voice-

Drake: "This... is impressive. Last we fought she was more powerful but far more aggressive. As were you. Return, Tyrantrum. Go, Hydreigon!"

Hydreigon: <IT IS TIME FOR TEDDY'S EXISTENTIAL KIDS KORNER>

Regina: <Okay what the hell.>

Hydreigon: <Alright let's get serious, Imma kill everymon in this room.>

Regina: <I'm afraid no->

Hydreigon: <DRAGON POISON CRAAAAASH!!>

-It drenches Regina in toxic sludge, and she's poisoned-

Regina: <UGHGHHHHG Okay nope goodbye.> -She focuses and blasts it with a Hyper Voice, knocking it out-

Drake: "Aha! Go, Flygon!"

-He sends out the Dragonbug-

Flygon: <Vroom? Is it time for soup?>

Regina: <Ugh... I don't... feel so good...>

Flygon: <Because you're not sandy! Lemme help!> -He whips up a Sandstorm-

Regina: <NOT. Helping...!!>

-She again focuses her mind and calms herself, and then hits it with a Hyper Voice, knocking it down to low health-

-She then takes damage from the Sandstorm and from her poison-

-Before she can say anything else, the Flygon hits her with an Iron Tail and knocks her out-
