The Druddigon is hit without even making an effort to dodge, he staggers a bit but soon looks at Ripley with a look of pure rage.

"<Oh yeah?! Let's see how much you'll squeal after this!>" said the Druddigon

He then rushed at Ripley, trying to strike her back and strong as he could.

"I hope you didn't expect to win just because you have a type advantage." said Drayden.

Lacunosa Center

Crow: Huh.

Didn't expect that, but guess it does make some sense.

But why do you think we won't be able to find Fajro?

But on another note, would you mind linking Gogie and Ghostus in too? I kind of want them to hear about this too, but I understand if telling three peoplemons is too much.

-Ripley dives over the Druddigon as it charges with a double front-flip, and grins at Rogue as she lands behind it, baring her claws.-

Ripley: <With pleasure, handsome~>

Herbert: Of course having a type advantage isn't everything. But since I have one, I might as well take advantage of it. Ripley, another Ice Punch, please.

Ripley: <Nah. I'm going to use something with a little more "oomph".>

-Ignoring Herbert's orders, Ripley fires a cloud of blinding snow and sheer cold at the Druddigion. Herbert goes pale and shivers slightly, looking visibly uncomfortable.-

Jacob: I'd rather not include them. And why do I think we won't ever find Fajro?

It's because I think Fajro is dead.

Regina: -Is surprised, and doesn't say anything for a few moments before- <N-No... it's alright. The way you acted was perfectly reasonable. I... I shouldn't have been listening at all like that... A person's mind is their sanctuary. There's no justification for invading it without their permission... So I wanted to apologize again for what I did...>

-She looks down- <And anyways, Argentum told me what I thought you were hiding was wrong, and that the reasons you gave were the truth. So I guess, more than just violating your thoughts, I'm sorry for not believing what you told me...>

Rogue: Tee hee hee but everyone knows that our Special Attack is worthless!

"<Huh... It's fine now... Even though I said to you not tell that to anyone else.>" said Seth, with a look of minor annoyance.

Duke seemed slightly puzzled by the last thing Regina said, but looked back at Tagg "Oh, all right then." he said.

Opelucid Gym

The Druddigon is hit again, but manages to tank the hit thanks to Weavile's low ability with special attacks.

"Hm, you should discipline your Pokémon better." said Drayden, seemingly unnafect by the sudden cold "Rock Slide."

"<That's quite pathetic for an ice move, here's your reward for trying to show off!>" said the Druddigon as he stomped the ground and made a bunch of rocks fall unto Ripley.

Opelucid Gym

-Herbert looks relieved upon the Blizzard dying down, whilst Ripley looks around curiously.-

Ripley: <Wait, doesn't our Special Attack improve upon becoming a Weavile?>

Herbert: No. Not by much, anyway.

Ripley: <Well, motherfu->

-She is slammed by the Druddigon's Rock Slide and knocked to the floor, though she jumps back onto her feet, still hanging on at about 1/4 health.-

Ripley: <Okay, you've made me mad now.>

Herbert: Ripley may not be the most well-disciplined of Pokemon, but she still sticks by me and is an able combatant. As she will now demonstrate. Ripley, Hone Claws, then Ice Punch.

-Ripley follows orders this time, and freezes over her claws again before sharpening them into points and slashing at the Druddigon.-

Jacob: It makes sense in my opinnion. Why else would he need to create a new personality for himself to be able to keep going forward? Zach told me it was something along the lines of Zeal was created because Zeal would be able to keep hoping. I don't remember the exact words, but it sounds like Zeal was the alternative to being driven to suicide by despair. Of course, this is all just conjecture. But I think I'm close if it was enough to almost be murdered over.

Regina: -Her face lights up pink and she keeps looking down- <O-Oh my. R-right, sorry. I didn't mean talk to him about it, though. Argentum brought it up with me. Unlike me, he has no sense of privacy. I-I'm sorry, though, that it happened anyways.>

-Decides to leave the Center and find DS so that we can leave together-

"<It's fine. No need to get so guilty about it.>" said Seth

"I must say that you two would make quite an awkward couple." said Lyuri, just for the sake of teasing.

Opelucid Gym

The Druddigon is hit again and knocked out this time.

"Impressive." said Drayden, recalling the Druddigon "Altaria!"

He then called out his Altaria, who was cheerfully flying around "<Hi! What's your name?>" he asked, with a goofy smile

"Cotton Guard and Fire Blast!" ordered Drayden

"<Oh! I'm sorry but I have to torch you!>" said the Altaria, cheerfully

The Altaria's cotton then becomes more resilient at the same time he fires a big stream of fire at Ripley

Luciano: -sings out to the Altaria-

-Ripley tries to dart out of the way of the Fire Blast, but is unable to get out of the way in time and faints due to the heat. Herbert recalls her.-

Herbert: An Altaria? I'll admit I wasn't expecting that. Well, you'll be pleased to know that my next Pokemon doesn't know any Ice-type moves, at least. Kirk, you're up!

-He throws Kirk's Premier Ball and the Lucario emerges, eyeing the Altaria for a moment before giving a confident grin.-

Kirk: <Ripley saved some for me, I see?>

Herbert: Two, to be exact. Do your worst, Kirk.

-Kirk's grin widens, and he opens his mouth and roars, a gout of draconic flame engulfing the Altaria.-

Crow: I don't know. This may just be speaking from experience, but maybe something else could have happened to Fajro that Zach couldn't handle.

Jacob: Maybe. Maybe. But I'm just giving my view. Fajro might still be alive. I just think we shouldn't get our hopes up.

-To no one in particular- "So... when are we going to Opelucid? I think we've spent enough time here, and I want to see Lity. And how much better my team is. I mean, they were able to last a minute or two against Edge without Regina. I think that means something. Regardless, who's ready to go?"

Well then, Umbra, we could make it happen :3~

Seth looked unusually bothered by Lyuri's comment, but decided to not say anything regarding that.

"Well, I'm free to go." said Sakura

"Same here." said Lyuri and Duke

The Altaria quickly dodges the Dragon Pulse, eyeing it curiously "<Oh! Oh! I can do that too!>" he said, cheerfully

"A Lucario, this will be interesting. Sing." said Drayden, looking more interested in the fight now

The Altaria then heard Lucian's singing and started to get more excited "<Am I hearing singing? I can sing too! Like this!>"

He then started to sing a lullaby for Kirk.

Crow: Fair enough. Though if my theory's right, him being alive might be worse for Zeal than if he's dead. And if it is, I'm sorry, but I really think I should get Gogie involved in this.

But I'm up for going to Opelucid whenever.

Kirk: <I don't know Ice Punch yet. I'm not going to need it, anyway.>

-He listens to the Altaria and Luciano's singing for a moment, before giving a bark of laughter.-

Kirk: <Hah! Oh, that's hilarious. Do you really think you're going to put me to sleep with some music? Some wonderful, soothing music... so relaxing... excuse me, I just need a minute...>

Herbert: ...Humph. I didn't expect such cheap tactics from you, Drayden. Kirk, wake up!

-Kirk ignores this order, and continues to doze, curled up like a sleeping puppy.-
