About the hand-drawn question, of course. If you know a website that can tell you whether an anime is completely hand-drawn or not, tell me and then I'll remove that bit. The only reason I don't want to answer that again is that I would have to rely on the year, since I do not know if a certain anime series is completely hand-drawn or not. And since Princess And The Frog was completely hand-drawn and that was released in 2009, there are probably some anime series that aired after 2000 that are completely hand-drawn.

Did it air in 1995? Yes.

1997? No.

1999? No.

Is it Seinen? Is it action? Is it Comedy? No. No. Whoops, I could've sworn that I had everything I already answered listed and it was yes.

They're redundant, yes, but at the point in that game, such questions were still perfectly valid questions (that eliminated available options) with Yes / No answers. (You could make a case for people who asked obviously-answered questions, say, "Did it start airing in 1999" after the hint "It did not start airing in an odd-numbered year" was answered. My personal opinion is that there has to be some kind of penalty for not going through the hints carefully.)

(As an aside, I found a theme song that probably would fit the hint, but it's labelled as a drama / romantic comedy derived from a Shoujo manga according to Wikipedia, and the hint is referring to a specific drug, so it definitely wouldn't qualify. Refer to He.Ro.I.N (some sources would spell it with an "e") from Gokinjo Monogatari.)

Sure those facts were useful at some point in the game, but there were facts that were more precise that came up later. After certain points, some of those facts would not be useful anymore.

Oh, and here's a little tidbit. Round 216 was one of the rounds that Grain ran. If you count up all of the questions answered and the 1 or 2 hints, that adds up to 32 or 33 facts. The first page says there're 22 facts for that round. Also, Round 229 has 18 questions answered plus the hint for a total of 19 facts. The list says that there're 11 facts.

...Now that I think about it, it's a bit amusing that we're arguing about this because it doesn't matter whether I'm right or you're right, the fact count for a lot of the past rounds would need to be cleaned up. I cannot imagine who would want to actually take on that task.
