When I first proposed "Tropes only round" I was suggesting that Fantasy and Sci Fi are tropes. Also, asking if something was from a specific anime is roughly equivalent to asking if it's a specific song (which, obviously, is kosher).

Hexadecimal? I've never been good at reading hex.

Regarding "Tropes-Only", I think it was Grain who said that if it has a Tropes page, it counts. Later variants expanded it to Trope indexes as well, but excluded works pages or works indexes.
