Now that I think of it, it would be amazing if The Runaway Guys could find a way to LP Amazing Mirror. All three of them plus their guest can go do their own thing since all four players don't need to be on the same screen.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Box Boxer always gave me the most trouble. I don't know why, maybe it's because there's nothing that decides whether he'll charge at and grab you after his hadouken or not.
That would be Amazing.

🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaWouldn't that mean that Kirby's Dreamland also doesn't count as a traditional Kirby game? The Dark-Matter trilogy still play the same as others and just like other Kirby games they have their own gimmicks to add to the formula. The puzzles are for 100% completion, just like Amazing mirror, just like Adventure/N.M. in Dreamland, just like Squeak Squad, and like any other Kirby game that came out(Except Block ball, Pinball, Pinball land, etc.)
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.The "traditional" games and Dark Matter Trilogy are both branches of the root planted in Dream Land. I call the "traditional" Kirby games the ones made in Masahiro Sakurai's vision, which are generally faster paced, more combat-oriented, have more abilities, and have simpler ability puzzles. These are the ones directly developed by Sakurai (Adventure, Super Star), the ones codeveloped by Flagship (Amazing Mirror, Squeak Squad) and HAL's own thing without Sakurai or Flagship (Return to Dream Land).
The Dark Matter Trilogy (Dream Land 2, Dream Land 3, The Crystal Shards) was made by another producer entirely, the late Shinichi Shimomura. They're almost completely different from the "traditional" games because they feature slower-paced gameplay, less abilities, and more complex puzzles.
On another note, I gave Kirby's Dream Land 2 its own page, and I'm about to start on Kirby's Dream Land 3.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Where does it say that the Dark Matter blob that possessed King Dedede is Rimuru? Is this another fanon thing?
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.What. This is the first I've heard of it. And a Google search turns up very few results. Must be fanon or something. Ugh, could someone seriously monitor the Kirby pages? This whole fanon on wiki pages is getting to be pretty annoying.
Oh, it's talking about the Samurai Dark matter. Everywhere else just refers to it as Dark Matter. I deleted that portion of the page.

You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!I'm on one of my Kirby playing periods, so I'll monitor it for now.
Please help out our The History Of Video Games page.Just a suggestion, but could we use this thread for any upcoming games (like Kirby: Triple Deluxe), instead of creating spin-offs? I mean this thread is a little small, and new game threads don't last long.
Anyway, really excited for Triple D.
Wait, Triple Deluxe...Triple D...DDD, DeDeDe… holy crap, I never caught onto that until now.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I honestly thought that was what the Triple Deluxe title meant at first, but now I understand that it's a reference it being Kirby's first 3DS game and the Japanese title of Super Star.
DeDeDe's in the game, but it seems like he isn't a boss this time.
I guess that makes sense...still would've liked it it was a subtle play on words there though
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.BTW, why was the image for Badass Adorable removed? Now there's no page image at all, just on individual sub-pages. I don't really think that makes any sense.
In the page history:
I haven't read that thread yet, but I'm guessing it's just a preventative measure since people would keep cycling images around with what they felt fit certain tropes.
EDIT: That link seems wrong. I suspect the intended link is this.

Well that's just a really stupid idea then. >.>
Game's out. Here's someone going through all the bosses.
Dat Whispy Woods. Dat Kracko. Dat Masked Dedede. Dat final attack.
It's been a while since we've seen Kracko, hasn't it? Nice to see him... her... it again. With the Masked Dedede fight, I almost thought they didn't use the theme from Superstar Deluxe. Glad to see they brought it back for the second stage.
The villains in this game look so badass, and that theme for the penultimate battle is totally awesome. The final attack was incredibly DBZ.
Also, that Juggler power looks really cool - if tricky to use because of it's short range. A command dodge that does damage? Holy crap.

I've heard that (SPOILERS) there's a mode that allows you to play as Dedede... which would probably explain why he was announced for Smash Bros 4.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!There is. It also doubles as the EX mode, and has a new final boss. Click here for the spoiler.
Game just went from "I'll pick it up later" to "Day 1".
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!That's ok. I'm guilty of the same thing, and sometimes, that's the only thing you can do.
And I've just realized I've hardly touched my copy of Dream Collection. It must be collecting dust back at my house by now.
Anyone know when Triple Deluxe is supposed to hit non-Japanese territories? I don't remember seeing anything about a release date last time I checked...
"Oh no, Sanji's Chronic Simprosis!" - Kou The MadAll we got was "2014".
I'm hoping for this month, and even then, I'm not so sure.
Eh.1,000 post is mine!
Also what does everyone think of Epic's Yarn.
Some of the minibosses in Amazing Mirror are annoying. Especially Phan Phan. His Rolling Attack comes out so fast that I usually don't have time to react to jump over it.
