Considering that the pulse is the blood moving through the veins and arteries, I really doubt that he has no pulse. No heartbeat, maybe, but not "no pulse"...

The pulse is caused by the heartbeat I believe. He'll have blood pressure, but not a pulse.

Yeah, the one in the gizmodo article uses a rotor, so there will just be a continuous blood pressure going on, no pulse. If it's a piston or contraction system, it would leave a pulse.

Fun fact: Dick Cheney does have a heart. But it's so cold hearted that it pumps liquid oxygen instead of blood, meaning his pulse is almost non-existent. Only his sheer, raw hatred for the Middle East generates enough warmth to hide this
