I'm a ridiculously huge Pitch Shifter fanboy so I'll add some info to that page at some point.
The Swans page should just be nothing but High Octane Nightmare Fuel.

SWANS could just be a redirect to High Octane Nightmare Fuel.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.Laibach has been started, needs love, I'll do DAF later if I have the time.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.So I was just wondering, would Julien K be considered industrial?
Here's one of their songs in case you were wondering: [1]

It seems they're industrial in the same way Celldweller is industrial. They're not.
Celldweller isn't industrial? I guess the electronic elements are a little clean...
Aww, did I hurt your widdle fee-fees?I always found Michael Gira's backstory to be fascinating, but I always found the Swans' back catalog to be REALLY intimidating.
Go in reverse chronological order from The Great Annihilator on; listen to Soundtracks for the Blind and Swans are Dead about midway. Or, alternately, start with the new album, move back through Angels Of Light and The Body Lovers, then continue backwards in a straight line.
Yes, that's a stupifying number of albums. It's still less intimidating than you would think.
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.@ Litis: Looks like I got a new band to (*SQUEE*) over. X3
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.Industrial metal band comprised of members of the early grindcore scene. Including a member of Extreme Noise Terror on vocals. Listening to Silver or Lead right now and it's great.

I recently dug out my copy of "Burnout at the Hydrogen Bar" by Chemlab - I love that album.
I just got The Worst of Monte Cazazza
It's good, but...
This man makes Throbbing Gristle sound like The Wiggles. 0_0

The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.weeeeeeeeeak
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Well, it's more creepy if you listen to the whole album. Just one song by itself comes off as Narmy.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well. So, unm, I'm listening to Scatology right now, on I-forget-who's recommendation, and... what?
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!I've heard it's pretty good, but I've never listened to it myself.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.Scatology is a fine album, but Coil definitely improved upon it with Horse Rotorvator. "Ostia (The Death Of Pasolini)", in particular, is one of their most exquisitely rendered tracks, and beyond that a personal favourite.
Heck, I'll post it!
"There's honey in the hollows and the contours of the body..."
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.Ooh, neat. :3
Esplendor GĂ©ometrico. Where should I start with them?

The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.Nope.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.Listening to Coil does weird things to my brain. I love it.
Anyone willing to do a Swans page (excluding me)?
