KOS-MOS vs. Asura

Isn't Asura like, on par with the likes of Hito-Shura, what's with destroying the creator god of his own universe? Then again, I have literally no knowledge of KOS-MOS and her abilities, so maybe I'm mistaken.

KOS-MOS has the soul of Mary Magdeline.

Both are awesome god Killing Cyborgs, though whether or not Chakravartin actually created the Asura's Wrath verse is vague and some people think he's only somewhat bigger then the sun (Cough cough, over here).

As awesome as Minato is, I don't think Hito would break a sweat while fighting him. I mean, he's one of those truly OP people.

Blitz. Ardor are metallic-armored and would get hurt everytime they attack him. Well unless they turn Red. Still Blitz would tear them alive.

@Hito v. Sups: I dunno. Judging from what has been said in various threads, Superman seems like someone who could rival Hito-Shura... Maybe. I dunno. -.-

Which class? Soldier Shep is about equal and Engineer and Infiltrator Shep are worse, but Adept and Vanguard Shep (and anyone with Stasis) can easily take him with next to no effort. Any level 12 biotic power from the first game plus a handful of Carnifex or Spectre X pistol rounds pretty much means instant victory.

I think it matters more what kind of fight we're talking. In a raw fist-fight, though, the Chief wins unless Shepard is a biotic unless they're already in punching range.

Asura's at best a multiplanet level destroyer. Hito has destroyed multiple universes and taken hits from guys who regularly destroy and recreate multiple universes. And after beating them Hitler gets the ability to summon most of these guys. He even beat the Metatron who is a fragment of YHVH. Then he gets a power up.

Hito would beat the crap out of Superman.

Supemran Prime on the other hand, Hito-Shura likely wouldn't beat.

Superman prime is stated to be Nigh Omnipotent and is the second strongest being in all of DC next to The Presence itself.

Asura likely is far above Multiplanet level, though, since he blows up suns and a red giant going full nova to the point of the being bigger then the solar system asura was flying by while destroying it.. And Chakravartin was still holding back dramatically at that point. If the fight had lasted in space any longer, they could of gone further then that.

Superman Prime is about Universe level. I don't seem him beating Hito when other Night Omnipotents couldn't. See:Metatron.

I don't know much about Master Chief. But Shepard's no Super-Soldier. I'd vote for Vanguard Shepard, though.

Um, no, he isn't just Universal level.

He was said by his creators to be second to the presense. That's pretty much Nigh Omnipotence, there.

Second only to the Presence doesn't mean anything, other than the Presence is the only thing stronger than him.

But you know I'm going to let some people who actually put work into these things speak for me.

He still can't beat Hito when other Nigh Omniponents can't

Superman Prime seems to be the kind of being the Hito-Shura was meant to combat, but he's too overpowered to have a fair fight with anything else without the discussion degenerating into a Flame War.

Thus, I propose a new battle: Mega Man X vs. Master Chief.

Probably not. If you punch a sufficiently leveled biotic Shepard with the Barrier power, s/he doesn't take any damage and an explosion occurs knocking the attacker down and dealing heavy damage, leaving Shepard free to do whatever s/he wishes, like cast Singularity or Stasis or Cryo Blast and shoot his/her opponent in the face with the Carnifex repeatedly, or do the same and then stab his/her enemy with his/her diamond-hard searing hot omniblade. Vanguard Shepard could simply charge, become immune to all damage, send the Chief flying several yards, and do the Stasis head shot thing, or Lift/Pull head shot thing if you want to get creative. At a range, both Shepard and the Chief seem to good shots and all, but Shepard has better armor and weapons; the weapons are obvious, and Chief's armor can barley take a handful of bullets before going down, whereas Shepard routinely survives anti-materiel rifle rounds and rockets to the chest without even losing half his shields.

First game Shepard is particularly overpowered. 3/6 classes are literally invincible due to the Adrenaline Rush/Immunity combo. The other three can simply trap Chief in a biotic attack the size of a building and shoot him with their unlimited ammo bottomless magazine-equipped fully automatic hand cannon with exploding fire rounds. Also, if Shepard's power is anything like other biotics we've seen in cutscenes (no reason to think it isn't, since s/he's supposed to be the deadliest combatant in the galaxy) then Adept!Shepard can crush tanks like tin cans.
