I rather like Galaxy force. I felt it was the best of the 4 Japan series we got.
The war wouldn't really stop if Cybertron was restored. If anything, not settling the war first while the guy who destroyed it in the first place is still mucking around is a bad idea.
I am wondering when they are going to tell the kids what's going on. Wheeljack as well. They can't really leave him out of it now can they?
One Strip! One Strip!Ratchet will try. >:D
The whole sequence of shooting energy waves from the sabers looked way too Japanese to me. Also, why did Megatron sever his fusion cannon hand, when he could've transplanted the dead prime's left hand on himself? Those decepticons are getting stupider and stupider with every passing day. And Dreadwing and his penchant for mining entire forests instead of just grabbing the relic and running.
On a side note, as I rewatched the Orion Pax episodes, a very curious question formed in my head. If Orion was made a Prime (by Primus, not by the High Council) after the war started, why does he remember Megatron(us) as his friend?

Because he's right-handed. Having to wield the insanely powerful artefacts of the Primes with his left hand would have been all kinds of awkward.
What's precedent ever done for us?He wielded them with two hands, both the Forge and his saber. It shouldn't make a difference.

You'd think a Bad Ass gladiator of Kaon would have learned to be Ambidexterous.
One Strip! One Strip!Or that Knockout could have figured out a way to attach his cannon to his new arm. Or, if that would 'corrupt' the arm, figured out a way to attach his cannon to his other arm.
I wonder if the corpse had a left arm at all?
Given who we're talking about, do you really think that Megatron would give his fusion cannon a second's thought when the prospect of a weapon capable of sundering mountains came up?
What I'm wondering more is whether or not he can still transform. That fusion cannon made up his vehicle engine and I doubt that his new arm will fit perfectly into his spaceship mode. I guess he'd consider flight a worthy sacrifice as well.
"When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all" Futurama, GodfellasProbably not, at worst it would alter his transformation scheme, prompting a new toy. However, I think the arm will soon disagree with Megatron's body. Or with the piece of Dark Energon it's holding. It is the arm of a prime after all.
Why does that look like the Unicron herald symbol?◊
Well that's certainly not Thundertron.◊

Makes me wonder about the Decepticon Arms Micron.
So Beast-Mode transformers are their own faction now?

Or they at least had their own distinct conflict. I heard some rumors that it was intended that the Aligned Universe had their own version of the Beast Wars.
Now that I think about it, what's Soundwave's track record? We hardly see him fail on anything.
He's never failed. He always accomplishes the mission he's given.
edit: What happened to the trope page? It's just gone.

"When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all" Futurama, GodfellasI believe Soundwave failed once, and that was when he tried to regain control of the Nemesis after it gained a mind of its own.
Of course, one can hardly blame Soundwave for that one.
Okay, wait. So Smokescreen didn't wear the phase shifter during his mission with Bulkhead, but put it on before he ragequit? And then Soundwave dragged him without any problems. Of course, this could be handwaved by saying that Smokescreen activated the shifter after winding up on the Nemesis. Still it's weird that he didn't do so during the mission.
Also, Obvious Prime is not pleased with being deceived by Starscream.
It may be that he didn't think to activate it because he didn't know there was anyone else there but Dreadwing(Starscream did surprise him after all).
He's still pretty free, so he didn't think to turn it on before hand.
I'm just annoyed I didn't notice he was wearing it. If I checked Hard Knocks again, would I see it on his wrist like with Alpha Omega?
One Strip! One Strip!Isn't it obvious? It's in trailer space.
Don't remind me about Energon. I try to forget the anime Transformers series.
Megatron isn't very creative. He saw Optimus with his big fancy sword and wanted one. He's sitting on a device capable of making any tool or weapon imaginable, but he's happy so long as he can stand over Prime going "Nyah nyah nyah nyah nayh nayh!!"
I just prefer to call it the Dark Saber or Prime Slayer.
