Yeah, L Ab Zero don't get why SCEE decided t delay her for no good reason either.

Fuck SCEE, seriously.

Everyone, time to go hunting, cause there seems to be at least one additional palette for each character as of the newest update, which L0 kept un-publicized. However, the only palette that's been seen so far is◊ Jotaro for Big Band.

I'm a PC-only gamer, and I'm interested in this game. However, the original game's apparent lack of content always made me postpone buying it.

I hear 2nd Encore includes all the DLC characters, plus a few new modes (like Survival), and hopefully some online gameplay, which makes me think I should finally get it. But is there any chance of this version appearing on PC?

They are trying their best to bring the 2nd Encore-exclusive stuff to PC, but they gotta clear it with all other parties first before they can.

That said, even if they can, it will be through paid DLC, as the new stuff was not made with IGG funds, so they can't give the content away for free like they have with the previous stuff.

EDIT: Additionally, all of the exclusive stuff is single-player only, so there's not really much to fawn over if you want multiplayer stuff not found in other versions of the game.

Personally, I am still waiting for a "The Complete Edition" pack. I prefer to buy games as a whole if I can help it.

I don't have a PS 4.

2nd Encore on PS4 pretty much is the complete addition. It gives you all characters AND the DLC colors free, plus extra content. It's really the best deal for people who don't already have the game on a different platform.

Ok, thank you. For now, I think I'll wait until the game's on sale, maybe the 2nd Encore content will be available by then, too.

Surprised Big Band didn't already have that palette, given the obvious influences.

It seems Big Band is the only character that has a 26th palette, so we best count ourselves lucky L0 decided to give him special privileges.

To unlock it, it might be that you have to get 20 KOs with Band's LV. 5 (Satchmo Solo: Death Blow), but i've tried this and doesn't work, yet others say it does work.

Awaiting further clarification.

So...it's really over, isn't it? Lab Zero is working on their new game now, so unless they make a sequel, that's it for Skullgirls.

Yep. Skull girls 2 could always happen but Alex and Mike are apparently tired of making stuff for a fighter right now.

Skullgirls isn't dead, but its taking a seat on the backburner for the time being.

I'm just glad that they're continuing to make games, especially after having to deal with all the crap they had to endure while developing and pushing Skullgirls to the market.

Here's hoping that their next venture works out well for Lab Zero.

The true best they can do now is actually keeping as many of the rights as possible and managing that better than SG. Most of the crap they had to deal with wasn't their fault, but had to do with publishing and not getting money from the actual sales.

Can't say I'm surprised by SCEE delaying Robo, after they almost delayed Beowulf's release for several months. Maybe there's some miscommunication between Lab Zero and SCEE?

And supposedly Robo-Fortune's coming out for Europe P S3s tomorrow. Assuming SCEE doesn't get any more bright ideas.

2nd Encore will be published in Japan by Arc System Works, complete with a Japanese dub for the voice work. Our sole confirmed VA is Ayana Taketatsu as Filia.

On the one hand, I dunno how well they'll adapt all the references and jokes to Japanese.

On the other, so many are so western centric it would probably be a bad idea to do so.
