- Applicability: "Birth to Death: The Noob" is a story about a noob who was abandoned by his non-noob parents and rejected by others for being "annoying and stupid", while the Noob claims he just "exists". This can be interpreted to be a metaphor concerning attitudes toward the disabled.
- Broken Aesop: In He Came Back From The Dead, the video gives off the lesson that you shouldn't spend too much time doing work and leave some time off to spend with your family, but the portrayals between black and white make the protagonist's family come off as ungrateful jerks who don't understand that he HAS to work in order to afford the bills and keep the house so they don't end up on the streets and think he should not be doing work at all.
- Narm: In "Alone on Father's Day", Adam's voice actor crying while Adam in-game keeps a straight, neutral face is somewhat hilarious.
- This also comes to whenever a character yells so loud the microphone breaks a bit, including a pointless camera shake, which just adds to hilarity.
- So Okay, It's Average: The channel itself falls into very overused tropes, with plenty of unlikable characters for their petty reasons of mistreating other people, with overall extremely hammy performances from the actors along with other voice actors lacking proper emotion that makes them sound tired, and so much exaggerated drama everywhere that it's practically being shoved into your face. But it also has well-shot scenery and choices with soundtrack, and pretty decent performances from actors.
- The Woobie: MANY protagonists fall into this trope because they're either stuck in an abusive family who treat them awfully for petty reasons, always told that their dreams are never gonna come true, left out on the streets with no cash, used by corrupt business people for their personal gain, and so on...
- Writer Cop Out: How recent Shaneplays "movies" end. They either end abruptly with the antagonist either suffering the consequences, family members apologizing to their offspring, the protagonist succeeding, and it just ends without any proper resolution.
