• Accidental Innuendo: The senses song, in the original version, the line, I can feel with myself...
• Awesome Music: Some of the songs, like "Alfesangen" ("The Fairy Song", from Treasure Island) the bicycle song from In the Tree House and "Lillebror ær en ridder" ("Littlebrother Is A Knight" from The House In The Fairy Tale Forest) qualify, due to their creativity and power.
  • Its version of "Wheels on the Bus" is the most badass version ever. Who'd think a disco-house version would work?
• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: The first game was popular enough in Norway to spawn the Follow the Leader franchise of sorts, Josefine. Oddly enough, later (due to both brands having the same owner) in Norway, Sweden and Finland various Pixeline games have been repurposed as Josefine ones with the characters and art style of former swapped for the ones of the latter.
• Older Than They Think: In the Wild West has a villain stealing cows so children won't have milk for their cereal. SPY Fox's first game did almost the exact same thing two years earlier.
• Signature Song: "Pixelinesangen" ("The Pixeline Song")
• Suspiciously Similar Song: The ending song to Pixeline and the House in the Fairy Tale Forest is one to ''Jump''.
• Sweet Dreams Fuel: "Bag et lite hvid stakt" ("Behind A Little White Fence") from In the Attic, a happy, yet soothing piano number.
• Values Dissonance: The blatant stereotyping in Pixeline in the Wild West is renemant of the remaining additudes of the 2000's.
  • The sixth game also has Pixeline in a swimsuit that wouldn't be accepted nowadays.
  • In the Tree House has her wear a mix of American cowboy hat and boots and Native American dress and ponytail.
