• Anti-Climax Boss: The final boss' only tactic is to punch you, even letting you jump over him since he kneels down. The only problem is that his head is somewhat challenging to hit.
• Awesome Music: Sunsoft really raised the bar on Awesome Music with this one:
  • Stage 1 & 5
  • Stage 2
  • Stage 3
  • Stage 4
• Breather Boss: The fourth boss has only one predictable attack.
• Fan Nickname: The notorious "HumpBot", as named by DeceasedCrab, in Stage 3.
• Goddamned Bats: Airborne enemies usually attack while jumping bottomless pits or navigating deathtraps.
• That One Boss: The third boss, with its complex pattern of projectiles, is disproportionately harder than the others.
