- Harsher in Hindsight: At the end of Chapter 9, the Doctor sacrifices himself to save Lyra. As a result, he has begun undergoing the regeneration process, and the final chapter, 11, is where it will be occurring. Eleventh Doctor Matt Smith announced he was departing from the role not long after the first two pages of chapter 11 were released.
